Pros:

Zimmergröße völlig ausreichend, Zimmer lag Richtung Wald, war ruhig ( Fluglärm ist hier normal),

Cons:

Ausstattung: kein Wasserkocher oder Teezubehör auf dem Zimmer / Das Frühstück war für 21€ ungenügend, völlig überteuert, das Interieur ist veraltet, vor allem die Teppiche im Zimmer und auf den Fluren sind nicht mehr einladend.

Pros:

Ich hatte im Juli ein Seminar in der Nähe, daher war die Lage gut.

Cons:

Die Verständigung mit dem Personal an der Rezeption war schwierig, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch.
Late Check Out war nicht möglich, obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht zu sein schien.
Die Preise für die Tiefgaragenstellplätze sind übertrieben.
Auf die Rechnung, die mir per E-Mail zugesendet werden sollte, warte ich immer noch. Auch nach weiterer Kontaktaufnahme ist nichts gekommen.

Das Frühstück war am 1. Tag sehr dürftig, kein Obst, 1 Sorte Käse, 1 Sorte Wurst, es wurde nichts aufgefüllt, obwohl wir schon um 7.00 Uhr beim Frühstück waren. Eine große Reisegruppe hatte schon früher gefrühstückt. Scheinbar war man auf diesen Ansturm nicht vorbereitet. Tische waren lieblos gedeckt und krümelig, der Kinderstuhl sehr schmutzig.
Am 2. Tag war es deutlich besser, die große Reisegruppe war wohl abgereist. Auf meinen Hinweis bekam ich an der Rezeption leider nur die lapidare Antwort, dass es eben so sei!!!
Leider hatte die Bettwäsche auch mehrere Flecken, die wir reklamierten. Wir bekamen neue...
