Komfortables Hotel zu wirklich gutem Preis
Pros:

Klimaanlage hat schnell gekühlt, das war der Grund warum ich überhaupt gebucht habe. Zu Hause im DG war es zu heiß.Urlaub war nicht der Grund,bin vom Hotel zur Arbeit gefahren. Tolles riesiges Zimmer und großes Bad. Kein Frühstück gebucht, wäre auch zu teuer gewesen.

Cons:

Das hübsche Sesselchen war leider unbequem weil zu weich,nichts für meinen Rücken. Warum leere Minibar? Das war zwar bei der Buchung bekannt, ist mir aber trotzdem ein Rätsel. Dusche mit Vorhang!? Etwas überholt. Und viel zu lang war er auch, nicht hygienisch aber schmutzig war er nicht. Parkplätze gibt’s eigentlich nur an der Nächsten Hauptstraße, was aber kein großes Problem ist, sind nur ca 100 m.viele parken zwar in der Sackgasse aber das ist glaube ich Halteverbot, zumindest in direkter Nähe.Ansonsten gibt es eine TG, die Einstellbedingungen kenne ich nicht. Vom Personal habe ich . außer beim check in - nichts mitbekommen. Der Empfang war neutral, nicht unhöflich aber auch nicht sonderlich zuvorkommend. Bisschen irritiert haben mich die weißen T- Shirts der Empfangsmitarbeiter, für mich nicht ganz passendes Outfit für ein AirportHotel aber es gibt schlimmeres

Absolut schlecht ! Unfähig ! Seit über einem Monat warte ich auf die Rechnung. Ich habe das Hotel mehrfach auf verschiedenen Kanälen kontaktiert. Es kommt keine einzige Reaktion.

Hotel and the room is clean, staff was excellent
Pros:

Room was extremely clean and sheets were clean and smelled good. The room didn't have the nasty hotel smell.

Cons:

Depending on what you're in town the location is a little outside of town and no restaurants in walking distance. But if you don't mind that; IT'S A WONDERFUL HOTEL PROBABLY THE BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air.
The entire hotel was very clean, the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar was excellent with very reasonable prices. The outdoor terrace was beautiful, spacious, and a great place to relax.
The location is fantastic. There are bus stops just a short walk away with excellent connections, and there is even a Lidl supermarket only a few minutes from the hotel. It is very convenient without feeling isolated.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was almost nothing to complain about. The only small suggestion would be to install the shampoo and shower gel dispensers a little lower inside the shower. They are mounted quite high on the wall, so shorter guests have to reach up every time they want to use them. Apart from this minor detail, everything was perfect.

Das Personal in der Rezeption. Unprofessionell. Haben am Tag des Check out zu mir gesagt das ich nicht bezahlt hätte. Karte wurde ein zweitesmal belastet. Danach haben die sich entschuldigt.War deren Fehler. Ein no go

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Trotz Frühstückszeit bis 10:30 Uhr wurde das Buffet gegen 9:00 Uhr weder ausreichend aufgefüllt noch wurden bereits verbrauchte Speisen nachgelegt. Zudem wurde schmutziges Geschirr von bereits verlassenen Tischen nicht abgeräumt – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht.
