Paula made our stay unforgettable! Her warm smile, friendly personality, thoughtful, recommendations, and exceptional hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable. She is the reason we’ll remember this hotel so fondly, and we hope to see her again on future visits. Employees like Paula are a true asset to the hotel and she deserves to be recognized for the outstanding experience she provides to guest. The only downside was the parking situation. Navigating to the parking garage was a bit inconvenient and frustrating.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Raleigh and attended the complimentary reception from 5:30-7:30. Our bartender, Fran, was fantastic. She was so funny and personable. Made me feel right at home. Thank you for such exceptional service

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree numerous times. Jaylen at the front desk is extremely helpful, polite, and very welcoming! He always makes sure check in is easy and our room accommodations are satisfactory. We enjoy the hotel and love the convenience of being close to the mall and to our family in the neighborhood.

Steph gave us excellent customer service and went beyond to assist us.

I returned to this hotel for a business trip. After several months, the Digital Key still isn’t working so I had to stand in line at the front desk and wait to check in. A young man named Jaylen helped me. He made eye contact, greeted me with a smile, and recognized me as a Diamond member. He was very pleasant and he checked me in quickly. The room was clean, outlets worked and were not slack, and there were sufficient towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Breakfast and the evening receptions were excellent.

This was my third time staying at Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree, but my first time hosting a family reunion there. The experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the outstanding support and accommodations provided by Louise and Francisco throughout the entire process.
From the early planning stages to the successful execution of our reunion, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our event a success. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference, and my family had a wonderful time.
I would absolutely choose Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree to host another family gathering and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special event or group stay. I also shout out Kevin, Malissa, Dindi & Sammy.

We had forgotten to print a pass we needed while on our trip. We asked at the front desk if they had somewhere that we could print something from our email and Jaylen directed us to the business center. He said if we had any problem to come back up and see him. Well, sure if we couldn’t get our item to print from the computers in the business center, so we went and saw Jaylen. He gave us an email address and had us forward it to him and he got it printed out for us. That was a load of our mind to be able to get it done. And Jaylen did it with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help us out and we greatly appreciate it.

Jaylen was so amazing and helpful during our time here. Very knowledgeable of the area and helped us find the right activities.

I really appreciate the service given by Steph at the front desk was very courteous, friendly if I still had my company, I would offer him a job to work for me.

Paula gave exceptional customer service during the dining period. She managed the crowds well, supported customers with their made to order options to reduce stress and back up. She asked to help multiple times during our meal and engaged with us and other customers.

Great experience from the second we walked in. Jaylen took great care of us checking in and couldn’t have asked for a more warm welcome. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed. Embassy Suites is always my #1 go to when I’m on the road. Look no further if you’re traveling in the area!

This hotel is outstanding. So clean and the people are amazing. Jaylen at the reception/check in went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome. Fran at the evening reception rocks. We are Hilton Diamond and this could be the best reception of all the properties we have visited and Fran was so kind and again made us feel welcome. We will be back! Thank you for providing a wonderful stay and having such outstanding employees like Jaylen and Fran!!!!!
