Fairfield Inn Myrtle Beach North

Highly recommend staying if you are looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle. Our room was very clean; breakfast was buffet style and the staff was great. They offer plenty of parking we had a trailer and had no issues.

We’ve had a lovely experience hosted by a lovely staff who’ve been very accommodating and understanding in an unfortunate medical emergency my family had to stay in town for. The rooms are nice and clean with good light, and the breakfast options are great. Would recommend

The staff was more than accommodating and rooms were very clean! The Continental Breakfast was WAS Delicious With A LOT OF CHOICES.... I definitely recommend this location and we'll go back again....

When we arrived, the carpets were cleaned on our floor and they should have provided us with another room, which they did not. The young lady cleaning the rooms on the second floor finally made a notation that our room was pretty wet. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon upon checking in. The carpet stayed wet all through the night until morning which also made the room feel damp including the bedding. Never again Fairfield.

I didn't like it at all

Great location to Barefoot Landing and everything else we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. The staff was friendly. The room was huge and the beds were super comfortable.

As a loyal Marriott customer for over 30 years, this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a property.

At 6:00 AM, I confirmed a 2:00 PM late checkout with the front desk so I could go scuba diving while my wife stayed in the room. Instead of honoring this, management and housekeeping harassed my wife the moment 11:00 AM hit. The General Manager called the room, disabled her key card, and aggressively demanded she vacate, condescendingly implying she was lying about the extension.

When I called from shore to resolve the issue, the staff interrogation continued, demanding the name of the specific employee who helped me and stating we had to be out immediately.

This property suffers from a total breakdown in internal communication and an utterly hostile attitude toward guests. Management desperately needs training in basic customer service and human decency. They do not represent Marriott brand standards, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The breakfast was great! My boys and I enjoyed it each morning! I was literally the first room on the first floor, so I was thrilled to be right there front and center! The pool was definitely a hit! My oldest son stayed in the pool each night for hours after we came back from our daily adventures. I loved that it wasn't located too far from the beach, but it was also not crowded with people everywhere like you see on the strip.
