Cons:

Air conditioning not working properly.
There was constant humidity in air & everything in our room damp. Sheets & our clothes got damp & unable to open drawers due to wetness on wood .

Several rooms were not ready, my Sister’s room had active bed bugs. Several staff members were rude

Bringing new meaning to Low Service.
Pros:

If you are a fan of no working toilets, intrigued by some ceiling mold in the bathroom, and nefarious stains on the bathroom walls, THIS IS YOUR SPOT. Not only did our toilet not flush, but both men's and women's in the lobby were out of service, with no date on when they would return to service. And for heaven's sake, DO NOT ask for help recommending a restaurant. That makes you an insufferable pain, deserving a response that makes the DMV seem helpful.

Great hotel near lots of activities
Pros:

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit our Coastal Carolina student. Easy access to so many activities and the beach. Love the breakfast in the morning and the front desk staff is always so nice! There is construction going on in the building so it would have been nice to have a warning about that.
