Great. Would stay again
Pros:

The hotel was great, loved the rooms, staff were great and it was a good location. We would have liked to have the two rooms right by each other and there was a very noisy person in the room between us, we could have been in the connected rooms instead of him?

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms in a great location.
Pros:

Super comfy and clearly newly rennovated. We stayed in a suite with two double beds and there was so much room, a comfy couch, and a clean bathroom. The location was perfect for going into fortitude valley and visiting felons!

Pros:

Loved the feeling of luxury, soft beds and pillows, wonderful staff, and the beautiful lobby café

Cons:

The location was a little tricky for Uber drivers, but this is not the fault of the hotel. It's unclear where we can be picked up from as a guest and it can cause some issues depending on the driver.

Amora in Brisbane
Pros:

Justin the manager was very professional with high public relations skills. We stayed at the hotel March 17th 2026 and found the hotel clean, pleasant, and conveniently located, everything within walking distance if you're fit and care for a good walk whilst on vacation to balance the good food and good wine. Our flight came in very early in the morning and we were exhausted, the night shift manager made sure very early check-in was allowed for us to go in and get some rest. They also have a gym and swimming pool on the property. Otherwise great place and we will come back again.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like about the hotel is Uber will not pick and drop you off in front of the hotel and if you have lots of luggage like we did walking to the back of the hotel was stressful. Also they don't have transportation to pickup guests at the airport. Our flight arrived at 5am.

Great location, clean modern rooms at a reasonable price. Only poor aspect was room wasn’t made up, we had to request it

Cons:

Had to asked for our room to be made which should be a given. Once done it was poor, beds weren’t made rubbish left in room. Also, room cards never worked. Some would only work in the lift, others for the room. Had to visit reception about 6 times to get to work.

only stayed for location to medical services, wouldnt stay here again otherwise

attentive lovely front desk check in staff member

Cons:

the service at the bar was poor , staff could see i was waiting but continued to chat regardless , i was watching them and she gave me eye contact but kept carrying on talking, I had to ask the reception staff if anyone was available

Cleaning was average dirty teaspoons weren’t replaced shampoo had been put by sink instead of on shower and one day we came home after lunch and room still hadn’t been made up
