I appreciated the staff, the cleanliness, the simple elegance, and the preserved old elevators that add so much charm.
Haneen from guest relations went out of her way to find solutions for me when I needed to find a place to quickly dry clean my clothes. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and proactive making sure the stay goes as well as possible.

Fabulous stay, really enjoyed it.

Cons:

The shower in the room could be better. Potentially slippery in the bathtub so a non slip mat would be helpful. There should be a towel bath mat also
