The windows are not sound proof which makes the streets noise disturb you all the time. I kindly ask the hotel Management to take prompt action in providing sound proof windows "with high quality"

Pros:

Historical building in Alexandria, very well maintained. Very well positioned, closed to the city center and many tourist attractions. Very clean and extremely helpful staff.

Cons:

The bathroom (seaside view room) is slightly small but manageable.

This was our second time staying at the Steigenberger Cecil Hotel Alexandria, and once again, it’s our absolute favourite choice in the city. The rooms are beautiful, spacious with stunning view.

I'd like to express my appreciation to the entire team at Steigenberger Cecil Hotel Alexandria for such a pleasant stay and comfortable experience.

From the wonderful breakfast and excellent room service to the cleanliness of the room, everything was truly appreciated. Most importantly, the great service, understanding, and kindness shown by the staff.
