A very good stay
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and the staff there were very attentive. We lost a wallet containing some ID cards and The front desk staff were great with contacting and arranging a police report.

Staff are very supportive and helpful and they do their best to satisfy customer
in the heart of downtown with many attractions around.

Cons:

However, there are a lot of elements missing for such elegant "ancient" hotel such as:
Landscape, Pool or sea access/beach, Gym/SPA and designated parking for hotel guests.
I also had a bit of concern on hotel Hygiene for rooms and restaurant!
Furthermore, the area around the hotel is very noisy with too many people around all day time with almost direct access to hotel vicinity area.

Pros:

Superior Room, direct sea view, very clean and tremendous view. Excellent location. extremely friendly staff. very vintage and nice looking hotel with heritage. very nice window isolation from the external noise, nice breakfast buffet

Cons:

i was asking for late checkout (2 Hours Extra), without giving any options or even checking the hotel booking it was refused. Later we checkedout and communicated to the Manager Haneen and she was very helpful and offered extra room for late departure, but it was too late, we have already collected the luggage and was ready to leave. It would have been appreciated if we were offered any option, even paid option. (note the hotel was not that crowded and there was rooms of the same type available on booking.com). The Breakfast buffet was good...but the bakeries need to be more fresh
