I had an excellent stay at Steigenberger Cecil Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the elegant atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the outstanding service.
A special thank you to Haneen from the Guest Relations team. She was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
I truly appreciate the hospitality of the entire team and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria. I will definitely be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

We tried to change our room
( by phone to reservations )
to include our special needs daughter in our room.
Not possible by phone & we were told a room for 3 was NOT available.
On arrival we explained to receptionist &
we paid the extra $50 & cot was promptly delivered.
It seems the reservation dept is lacking. They closed @5 pm 🤷‍♀️& hard to get hold of during other times. Yet the reception staff are very accommodating.
