Pros:

The hotel’s location is absolutely exceptional, directly facing the sea with beautiful views. It is a heritage hotel with a luxurious, elegant character, combined with true 5-star service.

The room was spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and diverse international selection that caters to all tastes.

For me, this hotel is truly the jewel of Alexandria. A unique place that combines history, luxury, location, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator. Its operation feels very traditional and outdated, especially the almost manual-style door closing mechanism. I would only recommend upgrading or modernizing this part. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely happy with the experience. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially with elderly guests and children, which we truly appreciated.

The reception team was always cooperative and ready to help with anything we needed, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

A special thank you to Ms. Haneen and Mr. Yasser for their kindness and outstanding support, as well as to all the other wonderful staff members who made our stay so enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria. We would be very happy to stay here again! ❤️
