فندق رائع كموقع قريب من كوبرى استانلى ويطل على البحر مباشرة والغرفة غاية فى النظافة ومريحة جدا كإقامة المدير الاستاذ ياسر سرور قام بالترحيب بنا بأرسال صينية فاكهة عند الوصول والاستاذة سميرة ظلت متابعة معانا للتأكد من ارتياحنا فى الاقامة بالغرفة العاملين بالرسبشن كذلك اهتمام غير عادى القائمين على نظافة الغرفة بشوشين وهذة صفة فى كل العاملين فى الفندق ...الافطار اكثر من رائع لايتواجد فى فنادق الخمس نجوم متنوع ولذيذ إن شاء الله سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى

I liked the hospitality at the reception, particularly of Mr. Mohamed. His welcome is genuine, and he shows he does care about the guest's comfort.

Cons:

The only problem I had was with my room which smelled of smoke, but the lady in the reception, sorry I forgot her name, kindly changed it right away.

Pros:

إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس، الفندق ممتاز من جميع النواحي النظافة الراحة حسن الاستقبال وجودة الخدمات فريق العمل متعاون جدًا والمكان يستحق الزيارة بالتأكيد تجربة جميلة وسأكررها مرة أخرى.

Excellent hospitality, exceptional staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Romance Alexandria Hotel. A special thank you to Gena, who checked us in and upgraded us to a lovely room. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, caring, and genuinely helpful throughout the check-in process. She is a perfect example of outstanding customer service and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. I’d also like to thank Mohamed Fawzy, who checked us out with the same professionalism and kindness, making our departure smooth and pleasant. Housekeeping was also excellent whenever we requested extra amenities, they responded very quickly and efficiently. The service from every department exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The only areas for improvement would be the room layout. The bathroom was a bit small, and our room did not have a balcony, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful sea view. We also would have preferred a king-size bed instead of two twin beds pushed together, as it would have been more comfortable. Other than these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay and the excellent service from the staff made up for them.

الهدوه بشكل عام ممتازه وبصراحه مستر ياسر سرور المدير العام شخص في قمه الزوق وقدملنا هديه بسيطه من الفندق اول وصلنا
وحابب اشمر مستر محمد ماهر من خدمه الغرف كان اكبد من الاشخاص المميزين
وطبعا مش هقدر كل فريق الاستقبال كانوا في غايه الزوق
