Everything was well organized, and all the staff were friendly and always willing to make us happy. The room cleanliness was excellent, and I would especially like to mention Ms. Randa from the housekeeping department for her great effort and kindness. Everything was wonderful.”

In the reception they said anything you will take from the fridge you will pay for
But anything on the desk is free I ate biscuits they charge me 335 Egyptian pound

خدمة الغرف سريعه واطلاله جميله على البحر والسرير مريح جدا جدا
الافطار جميل ومتنوع ومطعم وكوفي مفتوح 24 ساعه وعندهم ايضا مطعم هندي وايطالي .

كل حاجة كانت جميلة جدًا، بداية من استقبال الريسبشن، للأكل اللي كان ممتاز فعلًا، وكمان الفيو والغرفة كانوا رائعين جدًا.

لكن للأسف في مشكلة كبيرة جدًا محتاجة تتحل، وهي أسلوب أفراد الجردات بالليل. كل مرة أخرج وأرجع متأخر بلاقي شخص أو اتنين واقفين على البوابة، وطريقة تعاملهم بتخليني أحس اني بشحت منهم وكأني داخل غرزه مش فندق، وده شيء غير مناسب تمامًا لمستوى الفندق. للأسف أسلوب التعامل كان سيئ جدًا وغير محترم.

أتمنى يتم حل المشكلة دي والاهتمام بأسلوب التعامل مع النزلاء، لأن باقي التجربة كانت ممتازة فعلًا

I had a wonderful short stay at Romance Hotel Alexandria. The location is absolutely amazing, right in front of the sea and close to everything. The room was cozy, comfortable with a stunning direct sea view. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was smooth, welcoming, and very professional. A special thanks to Miss. Samira at the reception for being so helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout the stay. Recommended!
