Top Notch. Breakfast was really great, not just the great buffet, but Paula (manager at breakfast) runs a tight ship, clean, efficient, really well done. Would stay agian. Great hotel.

We arrived into Milan at 0630 so turned up at the hotel 6hrs before scheduled check-in. The hotel stored our luggage while we explored the neighbourhood on foot.
While the immediate surroundings of the hotel are nothing to write home about the nearby Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano (BAM) park and the Corso Garibaldi shopping district kept us occupied till 1pm when an early check-in awaited.
The hotel itself is modern, well appointed and clean, as was the room. The other appealing features were:
1. Welcoming & friendly (English speaking) reception staff
2. Early check-in (not guaranteed)
3. Close to restaurants & Stazione Centrale (central railway station)
3. Comprehensive & tasty buffet breakfast
4. Late check-out (11am)
Nadia was extremely kind and helpful! She served us an amazing breakfast and gave us tips for checking out the town! Get the cappuccino with a chocolate croissant!

This review is for the cafe staff only, Verity was always attentive and made my solo travel trip as a woman, a first for me after losing my life partner recently, feel right at home with her attention to me just as much as the businessmen who were traveling. The quality of food choices including the vegan pastries was equally as delicious, thank you Verity!

Great stay overall. Lovely morning breakfast with Francesco and Ayia. Hotel is clean, updated and well staffed. Outside terrace is lovely for cocktails. Easy to access a cab. Great restaurants nearby for dining.

This was an awesome hotel for our short stay. We used it as a base for our several day trips by train to surrounding cities. It is convenient to the train station with just a short walk. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were A plus. They helped arrange transport from the airport, early check in, and packed a breakfast for us each morning. The room was nicely appointed with plenty of room. There is a bar in the lobby and several restaurants within walking distance. I would most definitely stay there again.
