Cons:

Dame à la réception plutôt froide et donnant l’impression de la déranger

Au départ le matin - personne à la réception et je devais deviner que le dude assis sur une chaise dans le lobby avec son ami était le même gars de la réception aucunement identifié. Il s’est présenté devant moi en disant « Oui ? » j’ai répliquer pour le Check out et ce dernier m’a tendu la main que je remettre ma clef et sans rien dire de plus. Un peu ordinaire je trouve comme service à la clientèle vraiment

Pros:

Tres bon rapport qualité-prix,propreté,tres bon emplacement.encore une fois pas déçu

Cons:

Les équipements de plomberie devrait être remplacés,robinet de douche et celui du lavabo. Par contre excellente pomme de douche ce qui est assez rare!

2 night stay was a-okay
Pros:

Bed was very comfy, and staff were pleasant despite my not speaking French. Nice additional furniture and plenty of space. Mini fridge has a good capacity.
The location is stupdenously close to the airport, and a number of typical city attractions for those that don't want to venture too far.
Next door to a McDonald's which has amazing nuggets, and across the street from a gas station that sells alcohol and snacks!

Cons:

Not quite enough parking for the entire hotel on the lot, but it is free!
There is something of a smell that is hard to describe in the stairwells and bathrooms. Somewhere between chlorine and fishtank. Unpleasant without being disgusting.

Pros:

la salle de bain a besoin un peu d'amour au niveau de la douche

Cons:

le contrôle de l'eau dans la douche était defaillant et on a loue pour 4 personnes mais seulement 2 serviettes

Près de l'aéroport
Pros:

Lit confortable et très près de l'aéroport de Québec

Cons:

Personnel pas accueillant .
Chambre propre, mais mal entretenue, plancher de salle de bain usé, portes écaillées.
C'est ma quatrième visite à cet hôtel et j'y reviens toujours même si le personnel n'est JAMAIS accueillant. La proximité de l'aéroport et le lit confortable mitiges les défauts.
