Chambre très petite et pas très propre non plus. Très humide dans la pièce et l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas à moitié
Très décevant
The price was good and the room was big
had to contact the reception by phone regarding an issue that required staff to enter the room. At that moment, I was about 40 minutes away by car. I called the phone number they had provided us more than 10 times, but no one answered. As a result, I had to change my plans, drive back to the hotel and lose almost two hours simply because nobody was answering the phone.
When I arrived and asked why they had not answered my calls, I was told that they were busy. However, there were two staff members at reception and, while I was there, the phones continued to ring without anyone paying attention to them. What was even more disappointing was that nobody apologized or seemed concerned about the inconvenience caused. This was very poor customer service and could easily have been avoided.

J'ai trouvé l'homme a la réception froid et désagréable quand je lui ai demandé si il y avait un moyen pour avoir la chambre plus de bonne heure.
Il a répondu non c'est a 15hrs.
Au départ je lui ai mentionné que je n'avais pas ma facture il m'a dit c'est par émail je lui ai dit que je ne l'avais pas reçu il n'a même pas répondu.
L'air climatisé fesait tellement de bruit difficile de dormir.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, after a night, I was unable to get soap from the soap dispenser in the shower. I wanted to mention this when I checked out b ut there was nobody at the desk. Also the person who checked me in the day before was borderline hostile.
