Cons:

por la muerte de un familiar tuve que irme un dia antes y no me reembolsaron nada (se que era la reserva a traves de booking) pero les propuse a la recepción cambiarlo por otra noche y nada, ninguna alternativa. Por la noche se oia mucho el ruido de la nevera y la desenchufe, por la calidad y los servicios el precio es carisimo.

En nuestro caso contratamos una suite que, por primera vez en nuestra vida estaba en una primera planta, dando a una obra, con cortinas que no cerraban del todo bien y con unas cualidades regulares para el precio.
