Bastante decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. Esta a 3 minutos de una estación de metro y que tiene elevador, un lifesaver cuando vas con maletas! Fui a un concierto al estadio metropolitano y esta estación te lleva directo, así que fue perfecto y esta a una estación de otra donde hay correspondencia a línea que lleva al aeropuerto barajas, estas a solo media hr... Así que de verdad perfecto estar cerca de este metro.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no era amable ni parece que conozcan tantito de la ciudad, pregunté si era fácil llegar al estadio metropolitano y me dijeron que ni idea porque sus huéspedes van a no sé qué estadio que sí está cerca. Pregunté para el aeropuerto y me dijeron que no estaba fácil y se hacía una hr o que me fuera en uber.... El aeropuerto está a solo media hr en metro. La habitación se ve de baja calidad, no para que cueste 160 euros la noche y ese precio es sin desayuno. La cama malisima! Vieja, dura, incomoda. Las instalaciones en general viejas y se sienten de calidad de motel barato. Reservé por la cercanía al metro y pensando que es un NH, que iba a ser cómodo y agradable... Es todo lo opuesto, una verdadera decepción. Afortunadamente solo fui una noche para mi concierto en el metropolitano y salí de ahí.

Perfectly appointed for 2 adults, 2 children. Great location, room was lovely and excellent sized.
Pros:

Perfect for our needs - cannot fault it. Enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Floor is small so you do hear the elevator but wasn’t a big deal at night.
