The facility was ok but the staff was completely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional.

Cons:

Was promised a free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle was scheduled but still almost thirty minutes late. On return, notified staff need for shuttle. When shuttle did not arrive in timeframe, contacted staff who was very rude and hung up on me. Called back multiple times and could not arrange for the shuttle to pick us up to return us to the hotel. Staff at the hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional during this experience. Had to hire an uber eventually after an hour of attempting to get shuttle.

Everything was wonderful, very clean wonderful staff very comfortable bed a spacious room. Continental breakfast and indoor pool and a short walking distance to the restaurant, Ruby, Tuesday.

Cons:

We were in a pet friendly room and were asked to move into a non-pet friendly room because they were getting a family that had a pet and had assigned our room to them. Elevator was broken and mechanics were working on it so the staff carried our suitcases upstairs to our new room.

Elevator out but let us check in before telling us.

The elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. Apparently it had been having issues for a month but we were not alerted to this before checking in a day early and bring charged full price with no concessions offered. The elevator was up a couple of times but not when we needed it most checking in and out. Still not working when we left and no one that worked there really seemed that bothered
