The speak easy and the restaurant were fun. Food was good.
No mini fridge. The sliding bathroom door is awkward. Bed not comfortable. Parking in that whole area is a mess.

This place was GROSS! Walking in the lobby was very pretty. Location was wonderful. When I walked into my room it had a moldy, mildewed smell to it. Later in the night, I was inspecting the bed before going to bed. I found a dead bug. I also found a large yellow spot on the inside of the comforter. The bathrooms weren’t clean & the whole room felt dirty. We packed our bags and headed home that night.
The hotel room seemed very friendly and clean. And the location was awesome everything was within walking distance.
I didnt like how my truck was adjusted every tim I got in from my AC my radio and even my seat. I wouldn't mind to much it'll everything was set at least close to where I had it when I got in. And was extremely disappointed in the fast that I got a room specifically for a tub and the water wouldn't even get warm to the touch.
Loved the ambiance and decor. The bed was very comfortable- I haven’t slept that well in a long time!Also, good location, convenient to streetcar stop and airport bus.
The staff was polite and professional, but needs more training about local transportation information (aside from Uber).
The AC in our room was not working properly, and the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep and enjoy our stay.
Even more concerning was a privacy issue with housekeeping. A member of housekeeping entered our room without knocking or receiving permission, and my husband was completely naked at the time. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Guests should be able to expect privacy and should never have someone enter their room unexpectedly.
We were also traveling with friends for a wedding who were staying at the same hotel, and they experienced the same issue with the AC, which makes this seem like a broader problem rather than an isolated incident.
We paid for a comfortable and private hotel stay, and unfortunately, that was not what we received.
We like the location and the beautiful hotel.
Our room 905 A/C was not working properly. It was 79 and then 80 in the morning we left. We prefer our room cool to at least 72. The coffee pot did not work so I could not make my morning coffee.

Well, for starters, everyone else got checked in at 3:00, but they kept me waiting until 4:00... I was willing to pay extra for early check-in—what is with this stubbornness?
There is construction work next to the hotels, but the hotels aren't to blame for that.
The pillows are terrible; now my neck hurts, and I’m going to see a chiropractor.

I kept getting double charged by the property and it took a week to resolve the issue. They also don’t have fridges and microwaves.
