l’établissement possède tout ce dont on a besoin ; c’est beau et propre, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, il y a un parking souterrain, l’emplacement est à 5min à pied du trocadéro et le personnel est agréable

Boa experiências para famílias com crianças
Pros:

O Citadines Trocadéro Paris é uma excelente opção para quem viaja em família e busca mais espaço e praticidade durante a estadia na capital francesa. Localizado na região do Trocadéro, está a poucos minutos de caminhada das estações de metrô, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos para as principais atrações de Paris.

O grande diferencial do hotel é, sem dúvida, o tamanho das acomodações. Para os padrões de Paris, onde os quartos costumam ser bastante compactos, os apartamentos são amplos e muito bem planejados para famílias. Ficamos em uma acomodação com sala, cozinha completa, televisão, banheiro espaçoso e ótima privacidade entre os ambientes, o que faz bastante diferença para quem viaja com crianças. Outro ponto extremamente positivo foi a presença de uma máquina de lavar roupas dentro do próprio apartamento, um conforto que facilita muito a rotina em viagens mais longas.

Nossa vista era voltada para o jardim interno do hotel, sem nenhum atrativo especial, mas isso não comprometeu a experiência, já que o ambiente era bastante silencioso e tranquilo.

O atendimento da recepção também merece elogios. Conseguimos realizar o check-in antes do horário previsto, o que foi muito conveniente após a viagem, e o processo de check-out ocorreu de forma rápida e eficiente.

Cons:

Alguns pontos, entretanto, merecem atenção. O principal deles é a política de limpeza. Durante estadias mais curtas, simplesmente não há limpeza diária do apartamento. Salvo engano, ela ocorre apenas após cinco ou seis dias de hospedagem. Além disso, não existe reposição automática de itens básicos, como toalhas limpas, papel higiênico e outros produtos de higiene. Sempre que necessário, o próprio hóspede deve se dirigir a outro andar do hotel para retirar esses materiais. Considerando o valor cobrado pela hospedagem e a classificação de quatro estrelas do empreendimento, esse é um aspecto que deixa bastante a desejar.

Outro detalhe foi o fato de nosso apartamento estar localizado acima do restaurante. Felizmente, não houve qualquer incômodo com ruídos, demonstrando um bom isolamento acústico. Por outro lado, o cheiro proveniente da cozinha do restaurante impregnava frequentemente o corredor dos quartos. O odor não chegava ao interior da acomodação, mas tornava a circulação pelos corredores um pouco desagradável.

No geral, a experiência foi positiva. O Citadines Trocadéro oferece excelente localização, apartamentos amplos, ótima estrutura para famílias e um custo-benefício bastante interessante para os padrões de Paris. Apesar de alguns pontos que poderiam ser aprimorados, especialmente em relação ao serviço de limpeza, é um hotel que eu recomendaria para quem busca conforto, praticidade e mais espaço durante a viagem.

It was clean and location was excellent as we wanted to spend most time near Eiffel Tower

Cons:

Felt that kitchen area does need refurbishing.. also our previous stay was in better category of room which was more spacious compared to room that we got this time.. overall still good

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich zentral und man kann wenn man möchte alles super zu Fuß erreichen. Die nächste Metro Station ist auch nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es sind auch schöne Café´s und Bars in der Nähe wo man gut verweilen kann.
Ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6 Stock und konnten vom Balkon den Eifelturm gut sehen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.
