We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, it was excellent. The staff were wonderfully kind and accommodating, and the location at the Marina couldn't be better. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated

Fabulous location for marina, old town and public transport across Cagliari and beyond.
Handy for shops and new minimarket.

Staff were super helpful with directions and advice , in particular Alessio..

Spacious room overlooking the harbour, with great sound proofing. No traffic noise. Shower was powerful. Aircon worked well.

Breakfast had lots of choice, including local specialities and gluten-free. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Sometimes had to wait at breakfast for items to be replenished.
There was some limited noise from the corridor..
Despite leaving the do not disturb on as we didn't need the room made up, it was done anyway.

The bathroom was large and bright and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast room was bright and airy with a lovely view over the Marina.

Pleasant Cagliari Hotel
Pros:

Great central location in the city. Very close also to the bus route to/from Poetto beach. The train station is close too.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

A genuinely large and well lit room that was cleaned (very well) daily.

Powerful and effective air con in the room we had.

Large bathroom with a spacious shower.

Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast area is both small and has a fairly limited selection of foods. It's not bad, but nothing too impressive at the same time. However the staff were super friendly each morning.

The hotel occupies only part of the building which is a bit unusual. So there is no lounge or reception area to relax in.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. Powerful shower, comfy bed, great air conditioning and a perfect central location. The breakfast was great too with a wonderful view of the marina from the breakfast room. Our room with an inland city view was quiet and we both had a great nights sleep.

Cons:

The only downside was that it didn’t have a bar that we could use to have a night cap at the end of our evening before retiring to bed.
The fact that you had to use a lift to reach the reception from ground level wasn’t a problem.
