An excellent apart hotel, safe, friendly, big room
Pros:

Great location. Very close to metro but in a quiet area so easy to sleep. Felt safe. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Room large, kitchenette well equipped.
Bathroom clean & spacious.

Cons:

At least 15-20min walk to main tourist attractions - this suited but might not suit all. Very easy to get the bus or metro from only 2 min walk away. Not many cafes around

Cons:

L accessibilité à l entrée doit être améliorée car il y a des escaliers et pas de monte charge . Difficile quand on a des ou que l on est à mobilité réduite.

Great room, loved the kitchenette, balcony, and generous room size, would stay again.
Pros:

Nice size room with balcony overlooking the street. We appreciated the extra space with the table and chairs as we did eat-in a few nights. The kitchenette was a great value-add over other similarly-priced hotels we looked at, and we absolutely made use of it a few nights and it had most supplies that we needed. There is also a nice entry to the room for hanging coats and leaving shoes. Free coffee from the breakfast room is available all day, which was a nice supplement to our breakfast (which we procured on our own at surrounding bakeries etc - although the offerings in the hotel breakfast did look very good). Luggage hold is available which we used on our departing day. Location is only a few minutes from a metro station, so it's not hard to get anywhere you'd want to go in Paris. There's even a small grocery store across the street if you need something. Bonus tip: the St. Augustine church you can see down the street from the hotel is actually pretty awesome inside, and it's not a crowded tourist destination! Throughout our stay all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Cons:

Poor lighting (too dim) in the otherwise very nice bathroom. The floor lamp by the table also didn't work. The kitchenette could use a few more basic supplies like oil, salt, and pepper. The stove was a bit hard to figure out how to use; it didn't help that the markings on the stove in our room were basically all worn off, so we just had 3 knobs to figure out what to do with. I would suggest providing a small info card on how to use it for other guests. The room was a bit warm even in the spring - the room either doesn't have air conditioning, or we couldn't figure out how to use it. Opening the balcony doors was nice to let in a breeze, but it did let a few bugs in.

女性3人で快適に過ごせました。

備え付けのドライヤーが使いにくかった。
キッチンに虫が出る。(宿泊に支障が出るほどではなかった)
