Excellent stay
Pros:

Great hotel, nice quiet location on Friedrichstrasse just off Hohenzollernring. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped me with everything!

Cons:

Room doesn't have a safe, so had to ask at reception. No tea making facilities in room, so I had to ask for kettle at reception. Would be good to have everything in the room, as this is normal in most hotels I've been to. Thanks

Das Bett war sehr weich/durchgelegen. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel hat einen Renovierungsstau, Wasserschäden an der Decke der Dusche, kleinere Hygienemängel, Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Friesenplatz - ein Hotspot für harten Drogenkonsum

Très proche du centre et de la gare, l'hôtel est au cœur d'un quartier très vivant avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est très diversifié avec de bons produits.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu petite.

Tür ging schlecht zu öffnen, mit der Karte.
TV Fernbedienung musste aufgeladen werden.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Hatte zum Glück Zimmer nach Hinten, den Friesenstrasse ist die Partystrasse. Das sollte man wissen.

Pros:

Gut gelegen, hauptsächlich sauber aber einige Kleinigkeiten übersehen.
Mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Bad ist mit altmodischen Kacheln ausgestattet, die Tür zur Dusche eine Fehlplanung, Ablauf verstopft und dadurch viel Wasser in der Duschwanne, was zum ausrutschen führen kann.
Klimaanlage vollkommen falsch angebracht, da das Bett hinter einer Nische steht und somit die etwas kühlere Luft dort nicht ankommt

Personal und Lage top. Ausstattung eher alt und in die Jahre gekommen!
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr altbacken.
Auch das Bad hätte dringend eine Renovierung notwendig.

Die Dusche war sehr gut und es war sauber

Cons:

Das angebliche Kingsizebett war keines. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich verlebt. In der Minibar, die kostenlos war, stand nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Eine angebliche Kaffeemaschine war auch nicht vorhanden und die Betten waren zu weich.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend. Leckeres Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gab eine ansprechende aber nicht zu große Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen hat mich überzeugt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht klimatisiert. Bei Außentemperaturen von fast 40° eine Zumutung. Das Bad war viel zu klein und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für den Preis hätte ich da anderes erwartet.
