Die Unterkunft ist zentral, ruhig und komfortabel gelegen.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen.
Es war alles gut.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Cologne on foot and access everything we needed without relying on transport. The staff were always very kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. We also liked the breakfast, there was a good variety of options and everything was well organized.
The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the feather pillows. They were too soft and loose for our preference, so we had to use two pillows or fold them to get enough support while sleeping.
Le personnel charmant surtout Anna (elle fait de notre séjour un moment confortable) et Yamen(il nous a conseillé les spots les plus attractifs de COLOGNE) a la réception et Ushi et Marvina au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner nous ont toutes les deux choyees.
Ces 4 personnes sont remarquables.
Le parking souterrain de l hôtel est très pratique et la situation de cet hôtel idéal.
La moquettes des chambres est tachée pour un 4* ça ne fait pas très entretenu.
Nous avons eu une première chambre ou le frigo ne fonctionnait pas mais Anna a des que nous lui avons signalé fait en sorte de nous transférer dans une autre chambre, et ce toujours avec un large sourire.
Superior staff, excellent varied breakfast, and they gave me the perfect room: large, corner with lots of windows and quiet as requested.
What a contradiction!
First the staff. They are superb. Really welcoming and helpful in every respect.
But the whole place
Dated - dirty in parts- dysfunctional
The wi fi is hopeless
Don’t go if you need it for work unless you are local.
The television didn’t work - just 4 channels out of 100+
The whole place stinks of a sewer.
But strangely it was ok enough and a great location.
Mercure - if it is going to retain the badge it HAS to have an upgrade

Quarto silencioso, vedação funcional da janela apesar de estar bem próximo a bares que funcionam até muito tarde, não ouve-se nada de barulho no quarto.
O Hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma, moveis muito ruins, cama extremamente desconfortável. Parece que tem uns 40 anos de uso, banheiro minúsculo.

El internet No llega a la habitación 📶🛜 y el señor mayor que está en el área del restaurante en el desayuno tiene mal carácter.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
The hotel is outdated and does not reflect the pictures at all. The room was worn, with old furniture and a general lack of care.
On top of that, the staff showed zero flexibility or willingness to help. I had to cancel my second night due to a change of plans, and despite the circumstances, no solution was offered — no refund, no voucher, no possibility to reschedule.
This is quite shocking for a hotel belonging to a major group. I expected a completely different level of service and customer care.
I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here. If anything unexpected happens, do not expect any support or commercial gesture from this hotel.
Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi, odalar büyük ve rahattı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Düşünenler için tavsiye edilir. Odalarda giriş kısmının aksine koku yoktu.
Tesiste konakladığımız sürede resepsiyonda yani otelin girişinde geçmeyen kötü bir koku vardı
