Hotel pequeno, mas lindo, super bem decorado, com funcionarios muito atenciosos, na rua mais animada e badalada de Saint Germain!
Nao abro mao dessa localização! Em geral, os quartos sao pequenos. Mas conseguimos um upgrade para melhor suite do hotel, no ultimo andar, por um preço incrivel!
Espaço enorme, dividido em 3 ambientes, lindamente decorado, com banheira e uma vista lindíssima!

The hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

We could not fault any part of our stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed, clean and well serviced. The location was ideal for use with plenty of different bars and restaurants plus shops and galleries to wander round. We traveled mainly by taxi which were efficiently organised by the hotel staff and we were only 15 minutes or so away from most of the city attractions. Thank you so much, we look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location

O hotel está em excelente localização, próximo a diversos restaurantes, cafés e lojas. Quarto confortável e de tamanho razoável para os padrões de Paris. Os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos, especialmente o Mateus, que é brasileiro e nos atendeu extremamente bem.

The staff are so professional and nice

Lovely lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff (except for one night man who was completely useless). There are 5 categories of rooms. 2 suite levels at the high end and then 3 “moderate” levels, from lowest ‘classic’, ‘superior’ and ‘privilege’. We booked privilege which claims a large footprint and more amenities. We immediately asked to see other rooms upon entry to our exceptionally small ‘privilege’ room however none were any larger. Our room: think prison cell size. Al Capone had a larger room at Eastern State Penitentiary (and I was there). Our room was on the first floor facing the street. With people smoking and drinking just outside our window. We could not open the curtains and became as mushrooms. In the dark.

We were moved the 2 nd day from the ‘privilege’ room to a ‘classic’ room on the 2nd floor. Where we could at least open the curtains and let in some light. However this was 2 categories down from our original room. It was no smaller yet had no fridge anymore and the a/c needed to be adjusted as it was not cooling the room and we had 3 days of over 90 degrees.

They did give us the lower rate for 4 of our 5 nights. But courtesy dictated the lower rate for all 5 nights considering how disappointing the accommodations are.

The staff did what they could and through no fault of their own, we would not return. We have stayed at the Madison hotel, which is owned by the same company, and that hotel was absolutely lovely. The privilege room was exactly as advertised. And we would go back there. One of the problems with the privilege room at this hotel is what I consider a bait and switch. The photo on the website is of the accessible room. Therefore it is larger. But the privilege rooms that are not accessible, are very small.

I know many people do not spend much time in their hotel rooms and the size is irrelevant, I understand that. However, I got no four-star vibes from this establishment.

Chambre confortable bonne situation

Location is excellent, loads of restaurants, walking distance to Louvre, D’Orsay, Cluny, Arts Decoratifs, Lê Bon Marché… Wonderful staff. Took care of unexpected health situation with caring and efficiency.
