La ubicación. Cerca de un centro comercial y el parque El Ingenio.
Controlar el Aire Acondicionado no fue fácil.

Instalaciones en general muy agradables.
En la habitación ya hay implementos que merecen cambio. Cortinas ya viejas y en regular estado. El closet de ropa tiene unas puertas bastante viejas y se caen al abrirlas.
podria ser mejor, el cafe no es el mejor, la temperatura de la leche para el cafe tibia, no había oferta de otras bebidas calientes, al preguntar a la mesera dijo que era lo que estaba exhibido,
cortinas sucias, tapete sucio, ducha no funcina el desague se sale hasta el sanitario, todo el baño queda con agua llave de agua de ducha floja,
El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas

La habitación estuvo cómoda pero bastante vieja y desgastada.
El desgaste de los tapetes y estaban sucios.
Problemas con AIRE ACONDICIONADO. MUCHO RUIDO. El control automático del aire no logra resolver el problema a pesar de que revisaron, abrieron la unidad en su terminal final dentro de la habitación. El sistema es viejo.
Nunca permitieron que desde el comienzo hacer el registro del tercero, persona jurídica (RUT) ya que era la primera vez que estaba en el hotel y BiociTech Ltda no estaba en la Base de Datos. Al final en el check out y ya con corto tiempo para ir al aeropuerto y con alto flujo de personas en el caunter solicitaron copia del RUT. No tena una a la mano y tomo un tiempo adicional para enviarla a un correo. Nueva demora. Se envío RUT al correo el 27/06/26 y se solicitó que la factura llegara antes del cierre del mes de junio de manera verbal a recepción. Me contestaron no se preocupe, que le llega. NUNCA LLEGO AL FINAL DEL MES. Casi, casi pierdo el vuelo, porque no había taxi afuera disponible, ni los botones encontraban uno. Solo un vehículo Renault Duster blanco intervino y se ofreció a llevarme al aeropuerto. El sr Nixon Diaz Maje lo hizo a la mayor velocidad. Conclusión CASI, CASI PIERDO EL VUELO.
Hoy fue difícil la comunicación con recepción del Hotel. Luego de hablar por fin con Verónica González, sus respuestas no se orientaron a una solución del tema. Fue de poca apertura para hablar con otras personas en el Hotel para buscar una solución. La Factura finalmente llego hace poco tiempo, pero ya con fecha de Julio 2026.

Las habitaciones estan un poco viejas, pero hay que resaltar que muy limpias.
