Very old hotel. Avoid if possible
Pros:

It’s well located. Close to the Country club

Cons:

The property needs urgent renovation. It’s very old and expensive for those very old facilities. Furniture is old. Most of the room equipment isn’t working.
Urgent renovation is needed.

Service is pretty basic. It could be better with those prices.

Tuve un inconveniente con el carnet de vacunas de mi mascota y no se me fue permitido ingresar, además es una raza pequeña inofensiva, todo es a las 3 de la mañana, la persona que me recibió fue muy egocéntrica y pedante y poco humano.

Un hotel ya muy antiguo para el costo de las habitaciones y la ubicación

La localización es estupenda y el personal muy amable especialmente Yulieth en recepcion

Las instalaciones estan en regulares condiciones. Falta mantenimiento en todas las areas . Parece que lo van a remodelar

4 noches en el NH Royal de Ciudad Jardín en Cali

La ubicación, el personal, la piscina y el bar de afuera.

Cons:

La habitación, a pesar de ser una suite tenía un aire que nunca pude cuadrar para mi comodidad y además un poco viejo y con mucho sonido. Esto hizo que mi habitación no fuera tan buena como hubiera querido.
