Very enjoyable, staff were accommodating and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and centrally located. The included breakfast is excellent. We loved the little self serve snack shop in the lobby.

Po przybyciu do hotelu okazało się że, nasz pokój ma awarię. Zmieniono nam hotel na Park plaza. Przewieziono nas taksówką słabej jakości. Rezerwując hotel Hilton liczyłabym na coś więcej.

Nie dość że opłaciłam hotel gotówką na miejscu to dodatkowo pobrano 303€ z mojej karty?? Jako depozyt mimo że rozliczyłam cały pobyt w hotelu na miejscu.
Pisałam do obiektu aby zwrócili mi depozyt natomiast dalej środków nie otrzymałam. Stąd opinia.

An excellent experience. Absolutely clean room, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom.
Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were very nice. The Executive Lounge is a very convenient place to work or relax in, I definitely recommend getting an executive room - this way your entry is for free.

Cons:

Parking for 40 euros a day is really expensive.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in
Pros:

spacious room and bathroom, big mirror in the bathroom, quality materials

Cons:

A memory foam mattress does not dissipate heat, making it difficult to achieve deep sleep on it. You should have classic spring mattresses. This is biggest problem of Hilton.

Excellent I definitely recemmhotel with brilliant service in the centre of Vienna

Excellent customer care - all the staff were very good, courteous and helpful.
Hotel is beautiful, clean and offered great service. Breakfast offered a wide range of food. I definitely recommend this hotel. Furthermore, it is close to many of the attractions in central Vienna - walking distance to St. Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg Palace, State Opera House, Town Hall etc. Tram is on literally on the door step of the hotel
