Disappointing and overpriced

Booked for location, but was really disappointed with the room, and also what was included,

Below average and rooms are very out dated

The rooms are very old looking and out dated compared to Perth and Sydney crown towers.
The tv wouldn’t work for us to stream from your phone. The aircon was rubbish and was very warm in the room. And the bathroom was old looking and the toilet seat doesn’t close softly so banged every time we shut it. This was our honeymoon and we chose crown over all the hotels on the basis it’s class in Perth and Sydney.
Unfortunately this wasn’t the case in Melbourne.
