Amazing, will definitely do it again soon.
Pros:

The staff were warm and friendly, the room was great, the bed was very big and comfortable.
The Indian restaurant downstairs was absolutely beautiful, the best butter chicken I’ve ever had.

My partner and I had a night we will never forget. Thank you Crown Towers.

Pros:

The river view was incredible day & night. Bed comfy and room clean. Great location as you didn’t need to go far for a delicious meal, with plenty of options to choose from. Or a short, scenic walk into the CBD for shopping. Staff were friendly and accommodating, with a few changes to our stay to make it a memorable one.

Chromecast didn’t work for 2 days. Unhelpful staff. Couldn’t understand them most of the time.

Exceptional!!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. I could not ask for more. In fact, we are going to stay there again in a couple of months.

Cons:

I do not believe that anything could have been done to make the experience any better than it was.
The staff in the club lounge were fantastic,
Anyone considering staying at this hotel should consider the upgrade to the clubrooms as it is well worth it!!
