Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. A valid hardcopy photo identification acceptable to Crown must be supplied in order to check-in, which will be recorded by Crown. Payment in full is required for all accommodations upon check-in (if not prepaid in advance). An additional cash, EFTPOS or debit card payment of $200 or credit card imprint will also be required as security for any incidental costs, including damage associated with the room. Purchases made throughout the stay must be paid for when ordered. If staying in a premium room type, an additional credit card pre-authorization of $500 per night (not exceeding $2,000 for bookings of more than four nights) is required as security for any incidental costs, including damage associated with the room. Amazing
Having recently returned for my fifth stay at Crown Towers, my check-in experience was a bit bittersweet. I arrived around 11:00 AM, left my luggage with the concierge, and completed the check-in process, including payment. I was advised that I would receive a text message once my room was ready. During my previous four stays, this notification typically arrived between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. However, on this occasion, I had not received any updates by 3:00 PM.
I returned to the front desk to inquire, where I was assisted by Anna. She was incredibly apologetic and discovered that the initial staff member had unfortunately neglected to assign a room to my booking. Anna handled the situation with great efficiency and proactivity, immediately upgrading me from a Premier King Room to a Studio King Room to rectify the error. As a loyal, returning guest, I truly appreciated this gesture, and it completely made up for the delay.
Beyond the initial hiccup, the stay was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, with premium dining, the fashion district, and public transport right at your doorstep. The room itself was amazing—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. Despite the minor mishap, Crown Towers remains my go-to, and I look forward to returning for future trips.

Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The sensor lights kept on going on and off resulting in disruptive sleep. Management was informed and said the will look into it for new arrivals.

Our booking was based on the indoor heated pool however the pool was freezing.
The permanent and constant adverting in the bathroom was upsetting and ruined our stay. The sound could be heard throughout the room.
Based on the latter, we will not return.

We been surprise not to find knifes and forks in the room. We had special cake to our anniversary and birthday and when we asked for tools, we been told what we have to pay for that??? Eventually we founded solution but it was awkward...

Television did not remain on station for more than 5 minutes at a time. Kept on having to change station and come back to station in order to watch programme
