Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. Needed a thinner pillow

Would have been nice to have been a acknowledged for our wedding anniversary celebration.
The hotel itself and the room were very good, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff during both check-in and check-out were professional, courteous, and welcoming, which made the arrival and departure experience pleasant.
One area that could be improved is the customer service in some of the other areas, particularly the casino, Rewards, Conservatory, and TWR. While the staff assisted us when needed, some interactions felt less approachable and the tone of communication could have been warmer. At times, the manner of communication could be perceived as a little abrupt, so a more welcoming and customer-focused approach would make a positive difference.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the hotel and accommodation. With some improvement in the customer service experience across the other areas, the overall guest experience could be even better.
The welcome was superb. Monica was more than par excellence. Hotel info was at the tips of her fingers, I felt intimidated the hotel's luxurious look but this lady made us feel we belong.
A small incident with a Salmon fish bone that got stuck in my visitor's throat. I expected phone numbers or email to be taken for follow up because we did report. The bone somehow came out and we showed the staff. But follow up ????

The staff were absolutely amazing. The location is great.
The rooms I stayed at need deep cleaning. There were large dark spots on the bathroom ceiling and a lot of dust around the bathroom AC outlet. Also the bathroom air conditioning seemed a little weak and the bathroom remained humid after a quick shower.
