Most Terrible Motel
Pros:

I enjoyed the one staff member who really tried to help us the morning of check out. Her name was Rae (Lunnea). She really felt for us and did everything she could to refund our rooms due to the broken air conditioner and putting us on the second floor with my handicap father after I had called and asked the manager Avi that morning to make sure we had downstairs rooms and I was told it would be no problem and it was. Rae was empathetic and upset she couldn't help us.

Cons:

The management was terrible. Avi did not respect our request for downstairs room for my handicap father. Also, we did not have enough towels for our family of 3 in our room and when we went down at 1am to ask for more we were told we had to bring the dirty towels down to get more! Then, when the air conditioner stopped working properly around 3am. I called front desk and no answer several times and then I went down there and there was an at lunch sign and I waited in lobby for like half an hour and nobody came back at all! I called booking and the booking agent couldn't get ahold of anyone at the desk or hotel either and is in process of refunding our room as we were sick from the heat on the second floor and got no sleep after it stopped working.

Everything about this place was sad the breakfast shame on them it smell really bad like there's water damage the doors to the room wrte broken wete someone could easily break in and one of the guess saw a mouse in the hall way this was a horrible motel

The room was clean. The air was fresh and crisp. Look like they mopped the floor. No complaints except the sink was a little clogged. Thats about it.

The sink was a little clogged. Also, the maintenance man opened my room door without my consent 😒 Please instruct your maintenance man to not open a vacant room. If they person that rented the room for the day is occupied, please dont barge in. If the person dont answer. Dont barge in. Thank you.

Just Okay.
Pros:

It was close by to CVS and dolar tree.
The affordable price was the best.

Cons:

There wasn't a fountain to refill water bottles and the vending machine was out of water. The breakfast was very simple and couldn't be taken out to our room. There were some parts inside the hotel where odors lingered like the elevator.

It was Okay, not too bad for a quick unexpected stay.
