Cons:

I haven't had any contact with the hotel for several weeks. I've been sending emails almost daily requesting an invoice for my stay, but I haven't received any response from the hotel. I don't recommend this for business trips, which require invoices.

la colazione carissima ... impossibile pensare di farla in struttura soprattuto perchè io non mangio tutto quello che viene proposto ma solo un caffelatte con una brioche

Cons:

un caldo spaventoso nella hall ..... e il personale non sempre attento alle esigenze dell'ospite

tout est très bien mais hélas la femme de chambre ne parlait pas un mot de français, il a fallu intervenir pour qu'elle nettoie bien les toilettes, qu'elle change les serviettes... à part ça, Parfait séjour

Séjour on ne peut plus folklorique ! Suggestion : mettre un vrai manager dans cet établissement!
Pros:

chambre spatieuse, propre bien équipée, dosette café serait un plus.
Petit déjeuner : bons produits

Cons:

Equipe visiblement nouvelle, tasse, cuillère, coton tige, bouteille eau vide, trainant au sol dans le couloir pendant 36H !
Alerte incendie au petit matin, panique générale, pas de manager pour gérer l'incident, aucune information !
Puis panique au petit déj, comme nous a dit un membre du staff, c'est une expérience !!! Puis commission pompier ...
Un responsable : le directeur invisible de l'établissement, vite le remplacer !
