Location and the room was old
I got a room that had a pool so it was wonderful! The lady that checked me in I’m not sure her name but I think it begin with R was so friendly and attentive. Very nice lady.
I loved everything but the regular Hotel pool was not working.
Location
The room air did not sufficiently, the toilet at time did not refill with water to flush. Only provided one washcloth. No one available at the service desk when needed.
The only thing good was the convenient location but my stay here was horrible.
First, when I checked in, there was nobody around. I had to find someone and the person I found had no inkling of customer service. Second, I had to change my keys twice because it did not operate the elevator. Third, room service forgot to leave face towels and replenish the tissue box. Fourth, on the second night, there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Lastly, we were located in a entertainment zone so loud music was heard and booming through the room till 2am every night. If you want a good nights sleep here, this is no the place. I really should be offered some sort of refund for our horrible experience at this hotel.

The room was beautiful we got the sunrise suit but unfortunately the air was broke and it was 85-90 degrees. We couldn’t enjoy the stay at all. The customer service at the front desk was terrible. They did absolutely nothing. They wouldn’t move our room or offer us anything except a feee breakfast that was trash. I’m so upset. This was for my birthday weekend and It was ruined ! DO NOT STAY HERE
