We had an unpleasant incident with the coffee machine. While it was making coffee, the machine moved unexpectedly and the cup fell, causing coffee to spill. The manager initially asked us to pay €200. When we showed that the machine was not functioning properly and that the incident was not entirely our fault, he said, “Okay, then €100.” We still do not understand why the initial amount was €200 if the damage was supposedly €100. The cleaning lady cleaned the spilled coffee from the wall in about 15 minutes.
We also asked twice for the room to be tidied and for the towels to be changed, but the room was only partially tidied (the beds were made but bedsheets werent changed) and the towels were not changed.

Das Theaterhotel ist ein wunderbar wienerisches Stückerl Welt: ein bisserl Theater, ein bisserl gute alte Zeit und erfreulich wenig modernes Hotellerie-Gedöns. Freundliche Menschen, beste Lage – und ehe man sich versieht, möchte man gar nicht mehr abreisen, sondern höchstens noch auf ein Achterl sitzenbleiben. Vorhang zu? Von wegen – wir kommen wieder.

Hotel tranquillo, in una buonissima posizione e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Staff gentilissimo. Ottima colazione molto fornita sia dolce che salata. Assolutamente da consigliare

Todo (ubicación, trato, facilidades…). La estancia fue perfecta.
El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, resultaba un poco molesto, pero nada que afecte a mi buena percepción del hotel.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione con la fermata metro vicina.Ci sono vari locali nelle vicinanze per mangiare anche supermercati. La stanza pulita e il personale gentile. Il letto matrimoniale era comodo ma l'altro letto dove hanno dormito i bambini non proprio comodo.Le stanze un pó piccole.Rapporto qualità prezzo buona
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y está muy limpio. El desayuno, que no está incluido, no estaba mal pero me esperaba más.
Las instalaciones, la habitación están entre algo que parece antiguo y algo kitsch, para visitar en verano no parece tan recomendable ya que la habitación cuenta solo con un pequeño ventilador. También para el agua caliente hay que esperar un buen rato en la ducha. La decoración en general no tiene el punto artístico que esperaba, no te da la sensación de estar en un lugar histórico pero tampoco en algo moderno o remodelado.
