Полная антисанитария и кошмар вместо 4 звезд — уехали через час!
Pros:

Только расположение в центре, но оно абсолютно не компенсирует тот кошмар, с которым мы столкнулись в номере.

Cons:

Отель заявляет о себе как о 4-звездочном, но это худшее место, где нам приходилось бывать. Мы приехали с женой, зашли в номер и смогли продержаться там всего один час, после чего в ужасе собрали вещи и немедленно уехали искать другую гостиницу.
Вот с чем мы столкнулись сразу после заселения:
Насекомые и грязь в постели: На подушках и простынях были обнаружены чужие длинные волосы (подтверждено на фото ). Но самое отвратительное — прямо по кровати ползал жук. Постельное белье явно не меняли после предыдущих жильцов.
Пауки в номере: На краю стола нас «встретил» живой паук . А в углу у плинтуса на стене висел старый мертвый паук, которого, судя по слою пыли, уборка не замечала неделями.
Невыносимый запах: В комнате стояла стойкая, тяжелая вонь старости и затхлости. Ощущение, что помещение вообще никогда не проветривалось.
Проблемы с сантехникой: В ванной комнате вода уходила крайне медленно, практически застаиваясь в раковине и душе, что делает нормальное использование ванной невозможным.
Проведя в номере всего час, мы остались с ужасным ощущением брезгливости. Это не просто не 4 звезды, это место небезопасно для здоровья из-за полного игнорирования санитарных норм. Категорически не рекомендуем останавливаться здесь никому! Обходите этот отель стороной.

Lage war zentral, Zimmer wurde gereinigt, Frühstück hatte gutes Sortiment, Personal freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Bildern. Die Betten waren zu weich. Die Ausstattung war älter als in den Beschreibungen.

The location is great, very close to the metro station and there are many restaurants, also Spar, Bila and Bipa shops.

Beautiful, clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood very close to Vienna's magnificent town hall (Rathaus). It felt quaint, even though it was very centrally located. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was very, very good. We loved being able to walk around Innerstadt all day, walk back to the hotel for an afternoon rest and then take the U-Bahn to Volksoper in the evening.

Cons:

Machine-made coffee was not ideal. I would also have liked more and better information about parking. We did inquire the day before and received a more favorable parking rate (still expensive) from the hotel than what is otherwise available to visitors to Vienna.
