Pros:

The location was nice, close to museums and Vondelpark, the wide range of facilities they offered and the friendly staff

Cons:

The bathroom was a little outdated, the room smelled musty when we came in the first time, and there is the bike situation, even tho some bikes were in front of the hotel, people keep the key to themselves so others couldn’t use them, it would be nice to do something for that

Self serve the hospitality is amazing

Hotel é encantador, tanto atendimento quanto as acomodações, me senti em casa e a vontade para ficar pelas salas e cozinha desfrutando do conforto. O café da manhã é a vontade assim como durante o dia bebidas e o café da tarde que oferecem.

Cons:

Única questão que pegou pra mim foi o banheiro que é muito pequeno, mas já sabia que era assim. No mais tudo perfeito.

Pros:

My room was very clean, which is always my primary concern, as was the whole hotel and amenity areas. The bed is one of the more comfortable I've slept in and my room was spacious and quiet. It also had a mini fridge, which is always a huge plus Irene was so nice about letting check in early when my room was ready sooner than I had anticipated (I was hoping to drop my luggage off before check-in, so that was a pleasant surprise). She walked me through all the amenities and made me feel very comfortable and welcome, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler in a foreign country. The hotel is really cute. It feels like a mix of the aesthetic of an upscale boutique hotel with the friendliness and community of your favorite hostel. The location was perfect--near the Van Gogh museum, Rijksmueum, luxury shopping, Vondelpark, and the heart of Amsterdam, as well as an easy 20-25 min drive from the airport. I would stay here again.

Nothing, honestly. I have no criticisms.
