Liegt ggü. Hbf, an der linke Seite.
Auch ggü. Polizeistation
Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich gewesen

Cons:

- Matratze war sehr weich
- Fernbedienung hat nicht funktioniert
- ich hatte ein bisschen Angst, da viele betrunkene und drogenabhängige in der Straße waren.

Super komfortabel, sehr freundliches Personal, gerne wieder
Pros:

Man fühlte sich rundum wohl, obwohl das Hotel direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt liegt, und das ja schon ein heisses Pflaster ist. Die Polizeistation befindet sich nämlich direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Dadurch hat man aber auch
alle Möglichkeiten, den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu nutzen, egal ob S- oder U-Bahn, Bus oder Zug. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab selbst für Veganer alles, was das Herz begehrt. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass die Rezeption 24/7 persönlich besetzt ist. Das Badezimmer war richtig groß mit ausreichend Ablageflächen und viel Platz in der Dusche. Wenn ich Frankfurt nochmal besuche, dann werde ich definitiv wieder im Hamburger Hof einkehren.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett bequem. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war praktisch.
