Satellite-tv signal kept glitching.
I paid for early check-in it was not ready, the bedding was dirty on one of the beds when I got there and I was told that cleaning would be every third day. However a female employee named Kirsten who was not management expertly addressed all my concerns and made sure all of these problems were rectified. Kirsten was extremely professional and acted on all of these issues promptly. In my opinion a person like that is an asset to any company, I am not sure what her situation is like everyday but the fact that she handled all of this problems so rapidly was very impressive. Thank you, I will be staying there again.
I think whoever's in charge of housekeeping should have taken a little more time to look at the rooms, when pulling back the sheets to find that the quilt was dirty right there at the pillow gives an immediate impression of filthiness. I also realize that things are overlooked in the age of everyday business. It is concerning though that when you pay for an early check-in and one room is not available when it should be. Again this is not my business but it seems like a communication breakdown between the front desk and the head of housekeeping, and once again if it was not for Kirsten I would have left and not come back, however she with little or no Management authority was able to politely address her co-workers and get this done. I was sincerely impressed with her acumen and skill coupled with a sincere attitude to get all of this accomplished.

This place is a definite 'stay off' hotel.
The cleaning staff is so 'good and efficient' that they actually 'cleaned' some of my personal items (clothes). To be clear, this hotel cleaning stuff practically stole my clothes!
Only 4 hours After check out when I discovered I did not empty one drawer with clothes, I called the hotel front desk, reporting about my stuff that had been left behind accidently when leaving, I was expecting prompt response and that my stuff was retrieved and is kept safe for me. Instead the staff never called back, and 3 hours later when I called again they said the housekeeping ("unfortunately") did not find anything in the room, bla bla...
I was astonished, asking to speak with the manager, Ms. Lenka, which I did the following day, and she mainly kindly explained that there is very little she could do, that was the hotel manager's response. She didn't seem to care too much about the case, by that acknowledging the fact that her stuff in part consists of petty thieves.
I felt I was dealing with a 3rd world country hostel staff. To be fair, I warned the lady manager that unless she will demonstrate more suitable and appropriate approach, this kind of feedback awaits down the road. She didn't seem to care too much, my guess is that this is not a first timer at this hotel.
If you are the kind of guest that never forgets anything behind, this hotel could be a reasonable choice, to all others, I would keep away from this joint. I would definitely never set foot in any of the chain's hotels, and if you value your personal items and privacy, I would strongly suggest you did the same.
Funny enough, had that not happened, this hotel would have been received quite a positive feedback, amazing they do not perceive the severe impact of such conduct over customer overwhole satisfaction and rating.

I informed this problems to the staff at front desk on the second day in the morning at around 7:15 am. The staff of front desk promised to change the room for me. But when I returned to the hotel at around 6 pm on the same day, I found the staff did nothing on my complaint. They did not change the room or fix the sunken mattress. They even did not fill up the shower gel and shampoo bottles. The bottles were still empty. I talked to the staff (Mr. Francisco)this situation but he replied me that he could do nothing. He even asked me to cancel the 2nd day booking and refund partial payment. I had no choice because it was 7 pm. I stayed at this hotel for one more day. This experience was terrible for me and I would never recommend my friends to choose this hotel.

I went to this particular La Quinta by Wyndham because in the Expedia app under property details it stated the pool opens in May. I wanted to relax and lay out and swim and tan. I'm coming from Vail, Colorado which is approximately a 3 to 4-Hour drive. I booked this La Quinta Wyndham due to the fact that the pool pool would be open. After booking. I called the property to ask the staff to put me in a room that opens up onto the pool area so that I may access it easily. I received the room I wanted but no one told me the pool was not open yet. When I got there and looked out the back door I saw that there was no water in the pool. So I went and asked the staff about it. And they told me that the pool would not be open for another 1 to 2 weeks. Probably 2 weeks. They said they were not able to transfer me to another hotel that had an open pool, because there aren't any I'm sure, and they can't refund me my money. Expedia took care of me.
Good location, good value, friendly and helpful staff. Patio right outside the door with grass for the dog.
The preformed fried eggs were tasteless.
