The location is fantastic.
The bathroom was a bit small.
Great location, friendly staff, complementary coffee in lounge was fantastic.
Our room on the 4th floor did not have lift access, the lift only went to the 2nd floor. We were not informed of this in advance. My wife and I were at the tail end of a long trip and had 3 heavy bags. No help was offered. The stairs were steep and circuitous. Our room was supposed to be a king bedroom. It had two small beds pushed together, with separate sheets and blankets. It was not suitable for a couple that wishes to sleep in close proximity. The room was on the top floor in a converted attic with sloped ceilings. A 6-foot tall person could only stand fully upright in the center 6 to 8 feet of the room. Coffee maker in room did not work. This was an expensive room so the value was not great.

The location was incredible. Very central and scenic. All Staff members from Front Desk, Maintenance and House Keeping were all very professional and friendly.

Centrally located
We enjoyed everything about this hotel, the friendly service, the perfect location, and the amazing view from the penthouse room. It was so nice to be greeted with friendly smiles every time we went through the lobby. We will be back in Amsterdam next year and we will definitely book a room here again.
