Beautiful facility, pool was great. On site restaurants were very good!!
Bathroom in our room could have been bigger!
Didn’t have breakfast.
スタッフの方が親切
送迎バスの方が気さくで優しかった
シャワーの排水が悪かった
The 4 pillows were very uncomfortable & caused neck pain as they had no support. Also the shower did not work well with only a small trickle of water coming out the shower head & the rest pouring out of the faucet
We have stayed here many times when traveling as it is close to the airport and has a shuttle service.
Feels like they are understaffed in the hotel check in and the bar/food area.
I came to the restaurants bar to kill some time before my flight. The bartender who served me really took the time to listen to what I like and make me some very delicious drinks. Ahijah had so much knowledge about different cocktails. It’s not often that you come across a bartender who has more than just the basics to offer. I would come back just to try something new from him. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing staff, great vibes at the bar, highly recommend. Thanks again to my front desk spider hero.
On April 2, 2026 I parked at the Hilton Phoenix Airport for an extended trip. Upon my return on April 19, 2026 I started up my vehicle and heard a very loud engine noise. Upon inspection I discovered that some lowlife had cut off my passenger side catalytic converter. I had parked three rows from the hotel entrance. According to the front desk staff (with whom I filled out a complaint report) the parking lot has no cameras nor security patrols. I also filled out a police report with the Phoenix Police Dept. I reached out to the hotel manager days ago but haven't heard back from him. BEWARE! You could be next.
Close to airport
Bad neighborhood. Didn’t feel safe walking to a fast food restaurant
I'm at a Hilton property, and I'm a lifetime diamond member, so I'm in their highest status. I'm at the Hilton Phoenix at the Phoenix airport. It's the Hilton in Phoenix, and I have a CPAP machine that I need to have operable for my sleep. The fashion that they have plugs is recessed in an alcove on the side table that is not big enough to allow for my plug to plug in. I called the front desk and asked for an extension cord, and they said, We're probably all out of them, but I'll check. They did check it, and they found a cord from another guest, and they set it outside my door. Are you kidding me? The hotel manager was combative and more worried about my anger for the situation than a solution. This is how these guys do business I have to be at the mercy another guest finished with their extension cord so that I can have a good nights rest? Unbelievable! Never in my wildest dreams were ever stay at this property again!!
The Hilton Phoenix Airport is one of the best hotels I've stayed in as business traveler.
The rooms are clean. The hotel staff is wonderful. They treat all their guest with courtesy and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. I lie to commend Joseph and Martin at the front desk who greeted me a with a smile asking me if I needed anything at all. The staff from the restaurant Rennicks, were amazing.
A special thanks to Eneida, who met me with my coffee every morning at the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel to all my felloe business travelers.
Incompetent and rude. We checked in on 3/28 and asked the Honors desk what to do about parking and the shuttle. He was unsure. Arrived back and the shuttles never stopped for us. Another woman called and told them we were all there at 1:23 pm. The shuttles blew past us. I called at 1:50 and was told there was a miscommunication and there would be a shift change. We waited from 1:10-2 pm. Unacceptable. Spoke to the desk and they blamed it on us
Close to airport
Bathroom could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner
Not much really the hilton in tuscon was better. Free meals free happy hour free parking. Cleaner updated rooms and facility
The bathtub wouldn't drain. The ac barely worked. You charge for parking. No free breakfast The rooms are out dated. For 400 dollars for one night I expected better from hilton
I was expecting much better. Yes, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. A few amenities were missing, such as shampoo and conditioner, but what I found most sad about my stay was that the staff at the front desk didn't even offer a smile when I checked in and checked out. Also, when I was checking out, I needed to get a taxi/car service,/uber back to the airport to pick up my rental car. Staff at the front desk told me it would take a long time to get a taxi, and then said nothing. I indicated that I needed to get to the car at the airport, a 10-minute drive. They then said they could call a 'VIP taxi', but the entire process seemed like such a hardship for them, and there were no other clients at the front desk waiting to check in or check out. This was my last stay at any Hilton Hotel.
