Close to airport !
They charge you $15 to park overnight ! Never have been charged money to park my car when I am staying at a hotel , they should have advertised that before booking! Then they made it a pain to pay the $15 ! Food and drinks in Resteraunt super expensive as well ! Won’t stay here again !
The A/C barely worked. Room stayed about 80f. The bed was 12 years old and worn out. Lumpy old pillows. Employees were nice enough, just a crappy hotel. I'm tired of Hiltons letting me down.
24 hour shuttle to the airport
No area to walk around outside
Hilton PHX has a free shuttle leaving every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour 24 hours a day. Very reliable. Easy check in and check out. Rooms are large and comfortable. Minimal airport noise. On site restaurant is a sports bar.

We stay here every time we fly out of Sky Harbor. The restaurant is great, shuttle reliable, pool is excellent, people are friendly.

Hotel was close to the airport. Shuttle was fine. Room was good and quiet. Gave three stars because we booked the hotel for the pool and balcony. Unfortunately they allow smoking right by the pool. Which also carries up to the balcony. I can’t even imagine how the first floor patio rooms would be right next to the smoking area. I’d suggest that you move the smoking area to the outside of the hotel (not the courtyard) or somewhere in the parking lot so that the pool area and balconies can be enjoyed by all. We also had an early flight and went down to the lobby 30 minutes before to catch the shuttle. We had a question for the front desk but they had a sign up saying they would be back in 10-15 minutes. No one ever came.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

They charge $15 a day for parking but don’t offer a secured parking area, not do they provide security patrolling the parking lot
I am a regular client from this Hilton Hotel. I have been using their parking service for years because of the convenience going to the airport. They have a shuttle service with amazing drivers. Tonight I had the pleasure of having Martin at the front desk helping me again. It’s been around a year that many times he’s at the front desk when I’m leaving my car. He is always professional and helpful. Specially tonight when I was late for my flight. He called the driver to pick me up at the hotel as soon as possible. I did not miss my flight because Martin understood my urgency and not only that but he’s a very nice guy and I’m more than happy to recommend this excellent Hilton Hotel with a really nice staff that deserve my big thanks!!!
