Pros:

The room was big and very clean.

Cons:

The TV has to be connected to the Internet to work and you have to connect it. The Internet quit working at 12:15am on the TV and my phone. Go to the quick shop before you go to the hotel. Only sugar free Pepsi. Overpriced $3.25 for the drinks and $2 for a tiny bag of chips.

If you’re on a budget, but still want a very nice clean hotel and friendly staff. This is the place.
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was updated. The rooms were very roomy too.

Cons:

I wasn’t so sure when I exited off the freeway and went to where the hotel was located because it was kind of sketchy seeing homeless walking around, but when I pulled up to the hotel, it was excluded from that and it was very clean on the outside. The hotel did not look rundown or anything like that..

My gut instinct was telling me to leave immediately.
Pros:

the lady at the front desk was VERY nice! I am so grateful for her, my gut instinct was telling me to leave immediately and it had NOTHING to do with her at all.

Cons:

-Pool - the pool was green and had trash in it.. it appeared it had been "down" for AWHILE with no plan to fix it.
-The hotel was in a sketchy area.
-The lobby smelled like weed.
-The balcony door in our room wasnt locked, so I felt REALLY unsafe. I did an extra sweep to make sure there werent any other guests in our room...
-the glass doors at the back entrance (where we were told to come in to bring in our personal items and access the elevator) were busted.
- I was traveling alone with my child, and ended up at a MUCH more expensive hotel 25 mins in the opposite direction of where we needed to be out of desperation to get away from this hotel.

Unless you clean up the place, we will not stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice an did their best to accommodate our needs, and they were very informative but that was the best of our stay

Cons:

Except for the comfortable bed. There were a lot of unsavory people living there (ie) drug dealers, drug addicts, the rugs were nasty, dead bugs in the rooms, floors not swept, the elevators was a disgrace, and the WiFi was terrible as well as the cable we were very disappointed. However, you get what you pay for.

Roaches. We didn't stay. They tried 2 rooms and both had them. The said they would refund us and they didn't. Pool was green. Kids toys all over pool area.

Very satisfy with my stay
Pros:

They accommodated us for the room that had a few issues with no problems

Cons:

It advertises that they had a pool but at arrival found out pool was closed ,and the room we first got the bathroom light was not working properly had to take a shower in the dark.

The air conditioner was broke first night. I went downstairs to report they put a work order. No ever came both nights I was there I paid for 3 but left early Wednesday didn’t even bother for a refund,but told them I was leaving. Never again

The experience was absolutely terrible.
Pros:

The only nice thing I could say about the property was the woman who checked me in. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely nice and waived the ridiculous deposit they don’t tell you about when making the reservation.

Cons:

It’s easier for me to just do a list of everything that was absolutely terrible.
-The entire building is dirty. Walls, floors, carpets, everything. Just filthy.
-My husband and I witnessed AT LEAST 2 separate drug deals and 2 other people smoking crack outside while we were parking.
-The entire first floor felt like a “trap hotel” instead of just a trap house.
-One of the main locks to our room door was barely hanging on.
-Our room STUNK of mildew and cigarettes and ashes everywhere.
-The comforter on one of the queen beds had dog paw prints all over it like they never even changed the sheets.
-When I turned to AC on it smelled highly of vomit, like some had had thrown up inside of the actual AC
-We had ZERO towels to take a shower
-There were sharpie drawings on one of the walls near the bathroom.
-The flooring was done so poorly that when they actually do clean and mop, the water soaks into the floors and then squirts up at you when you take a step.
-COCKROACHES (that honestly should’ve been number 1).
I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me the $70. Save your money. Sleep in your car.
