It was fine
Cons:

Parking is limited and tight. Difficult to park and to get out. Can’t turn left onto 89A there.

Very nice for the price
Pros:

Es gibt sicher bessere Alternativen in Flagstaff
Pros:

Die Lage ist recht günstig. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Indoor Pool.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war das bisher schlechteste auf unserer Reise. Abgesehen vom üblichen Einweggeschirr gab es noch nicht einmal ein paar Plastemesser, um das Brot zu schmieren.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The location put us close to the places we wanted to go.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. The bathroom only had one hook to hang a towel. The towels were old worn and thin. The carpet needed cleaning.

Decent. The bottom of the toilet being dirty did affect significantly my review.
Pros:

Breakfast, the location is nice and the public areas around the hotel looks very clean (lobby, hallways, etc.).

Cons:

My room's toliet (on the bottom part of the toilet (underneath where you sit) was dirty. Everything else was clean. I felt uncomfortable sitting on the toilet.
