Pros:

The breakfast was great and the lady cleaning attentive to when more food needed to come out. She was excellent and friendly
Everything met our needs. the weight room could've been a little bigger but it was perfect the way it was. My son went to the planet fitness but my husband was able to enjoy the bike at the hotel.

Segur que trobeu un lloc millor
Pros:

El poble de Flagstaff està molt bé. Les instal·lacions generals del l’hotel son correctes.

Cons:

Ens van donar una habitació amb la pica embussada i l’aire acondicionat que no funcionava bé. A la tarda no vam poder ni estar tranquils a l’habitació perquè ho havien d’arreglar tot i tenir tot el dia per fer-ho. A la nit no podíem ni dormir de la calor i el soroll que feia el compressor de l’aire. Finalment a les 11pm vaig haver d’insistir en demanar canvi d’habitació. No ens van permetre ni deixar les coses allà per l’endemà o sigui que ho vam haver de traslladar tot. Va ser un dia sense poder descansar, que per això vas a un hotel. Vaig demanar una compensació econòmica i no em van fer ni cas. No cal que aneu a aquest hotel, és un desastre.
