Okey for one night stay
Pros:

It was fine for a one night stay with Family. Location was cramped(in same parking lot as another hotel). Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy.(homeless people in vicinity). Pool and hot tub were both open. Standard issue generic, but clean. Front desk staff were great! Breakfast was average but good. Eating area was on the small side and somewhat cramped. Room was clean and quiet during our one night. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

In same parking lot as another hotel. Cramped. Surrounding neighborhood not the greatest. Homeless people in vicinity.

Downhill after leaving the lobby
Pros:

We picked this hotel due to the loction. We were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and there were freshly made cookies at check in which was nice. The lobby was clean.

The room was gross. There were stains all over the carpet the furniture. Not a little stain, but completely covered in stains. The furniture The shower head was coming out of the wall. The toliet seat slid when you sat on it. The rooms need a whole new makeover.

We didn't use the pool and exercise room. We tried breakfast, but that was also gross.
