Could Have Been Better
Pros:

The staff were fairly helpful. The morning and evening desk clerks were helpful and accommodating. The night auditor was not very knowledgeable thus not very helpful.

Cons:

The initial room that I was provided was not up to standards. The carpet was stained and had burns in it. The tile was falling off of the walls. The cushion of the seat where I sat for breakfast was disgustingly dirty to the point I thought my clothes would be soiled.

Cons:

Replace toilet in our room
Staff was not at counter when we arrived and left. I came in read that booking info was no accurate and there be a charge to park. Came back in there was 3 check ins ahead of me. Do not understand why help was not asked for.

Pros:

Do you like walls that amplify sound rather than block it? Do you like both being two miles from the interstate yet also having it right outside your window? Do you like beds that fold sleepers into the middle like a taco?

Then this place is for you!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the continental breakfast was good.
Pros:

Clean and close to the venue we were attending.

Good for my purposes.
Pros:

Good price and location for using when
needing a place to stay near Johns Hopkins Bayview or their offices in White Marsh.
Easy parking.

Cons:

It's getting a little old looking.
Also one of the elevators was getting stuck.
