Lovely interior decor and history to the building
Room in basement was dark and claustrophobic
Loved how gorgeous it was and the service at breakfast was incredible
Bit noisy but can be drowned out with good quality earplugs
The staff were efficient and friendly. Check-in was easy. The bedroom was lovely and had everything you'd need. Towelling gowns and slippers, an umbrella in case it rained and a yoga mat in case you wanted to do some exercise. Tea, coffee, biscuits and crisps. Kettle and hairdryer.
The location was great too.
The only complaint I had was that there was only one bedside table on the side of our double bed - where was I supposed to put my teacup?!
An unforgettable luxury experience. Beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and complemented by impeccable service. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. A truly wonderful stay.
The hotel is simply stunning, with exceptional attention to detail, specious and huge room spaces, and service that made the experience even more special.

Very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff who knowledgeable of the local area.
Pillows were very fluffy but flattened very quickly so wasn't very comfortable.

You must ask for a room that doesn’t have an occupied room above it. My room was carpeted, 318. The room above mine, 319, seemed to be uncarpeted and the soundproofing was terrible. So, their footsteps, coughing and chatting kept me awake all night.
Room and food was of a very high standard
There was lots of steps that had to be used to get around the building I had heavy equipment to move about for a conference and this was an obstacle, it must be worse for wheel chair user's.
The building is beatiful and very good location.

Needed to move tray with kettle from wardrobe. Had to plug it in next to bed as no other visible plug.
Room was clean
The room i booked was supposed to be on lower ground but for reasons not explained to me was put on room on 4th floor with tight entry and very noisy till after 9pm could not sleep before then.
