ESPECTACULAR. El hotel es divino, las instalaciones, los servicios, el personal, ubicacion SENSACIONAL. Tomamos el desayuno los ultimos 2 dias y fue el remate de la estancia, delicioso, muy buenas opciones, el restaurante divino.

Great location, spacious rooms.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, not as plush as I thought it would have been. Nothing special about this hotel apart from it being bigger than most and larger rooms. stayed in most hotels in Manchester.

Highly overrated. Over priced, old and cold.

Cons:

Rooms are old and freezing heating not working. Noise comes through the old windows. Bar service is very poor no one comes to check on your table or take drinks orders or clear drinks. Queues form at bar. Over priced food and drink including the Sunday roast. Wouldn't rate and would absolutely say this place is highly overrated cannot see any attraction save for the aesthetic garden room.

Fantastic. A real treat!
Pros:

Amazing building, room was great, staff very attentive and friendly. Location great. Breakfast delicious! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

My only very small gripe was the noisy fridge and aircon/heating unit in the room. I couldn’t turn either off and they did disturb my sleep. So take ear plugs!

Very pleasant
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are all so helpful. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of every helpful staff member. I do remember Mariyam's name though and would like to say a big thank you to her for making my stay so comfortable.

Cons:

My room was very cold at first. I was not sure how to warm up. I told reception about the problem who sent maintenance to look at the air conditioning. I am pleased to report that my room was toasty the following day!

Good location but lot of noise in the surroundings
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

I was given a lower ground floor room. There was constant noise from upstairs. There was also significant construction noise from outside very early in the morning.
