A terrible and disappointing stay with poor service, outdated and poorly maintained facilities, and unacceptable room co

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. There were ants all over the room, and we had no hot water in the shower during our entire stay. The air conditioner was extremely loud and sounded like a tractor all night, making it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom was old and outdated, and all of the hotel facilities were very old, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of renovation. Worst of all, the hotel staff refused to take responsibility and showed absolutely no concern for us as guests. Very poor service and an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean room, convenient to restaurants, and reasonable price.
Pros:

I like the convenience to the venue I was attending.

Cons:

There were tables in the 1st floor outside my room. It was late at night around midnight and people were sitting, talking and listening to music. Need to have a sign that after 10 pm keep the noise level down.

Decent hotel, great location.
Pros:

I liked the location, the 24 hour desk, the breakfast, the pool and the staff was friendly. No bugs. The cleanliness is about a 3/5.

Cons:

My rooms Ac was little annoying, it made noises. I only received one wash cloth , and there was two of us. The gym was small and the equipment needs to be updated. The water in the gym tastes old. I hate the taxes fee charge that is not included online. The parking is confusing if there wasn't a parking security person. If parking runs out part behind the restaurant. The room needs some updates..

They charged me almost another $25 in taxes and fees which I already had paid for on booking. No where was I told I would have these charges and if I knew I would have chosen another hotel with better breakfast choices for less money then I paid here. They were very misleading on the charges. By the end of my say I had three transactions from the hotel. When I checked out I asked for an itemized receipt which I got but yet didn’t explain much. Was told they credited me back for over charging me but that the almost $25 for taxes and fees would be charged bc they are having problems with booking. They had another customer right next to me complaining of the same thing. They blamed booking for not charging this charges but booking didn’t really answer me because I couldn’t speak to someone about it. It’s all AI now and I didn’t get any answers. I’m waiting for the charges to hit my account bc right now everything is pending to try to see what is what. Bc of this and the choices for breakfast I would say I wouldn’t stay here again.
