Pros:

great location, nice inside pool, comfortable beds, ample eating area & breakfast was OK - fruit bowls, milk jugs and yoghurt fridge were empty every time we visited. good parking, good a/c, bedding was clean,

Cons:

Double doors into the bathroom were hidious - noisy and stuck shut multiple times, as well as building debris on the bathroom floor in corners- drywall dust and clippings, Building equipment left out around the building, especially by the pool area - ladders, electric tools, extension cords, ropes, scrape building supplies etc just thrown across the outside patio and grassy areas with no thought of guest safety, in the three days we visited I never saw a building/maintenance personnel on site. Pool towels not replenished. Having complimentary tea and coffee was great, except 80% of your community is LDS (non tea/coffee drinkers) so hot chocolate would have been nice too. Reception staff not dressed professionally - jeans, t-shirts - they are the first impression your guests have!
For you hotel being a three star with price was more than I expected.

Looks nice and comfortable but couldn't sleep!
Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable room.

Cons:

Key card worked once in awhile. It's outdated! Mag stripe type. Needs to be replaced. There were frequent notices from the room above. Very disturbing! There was a motor running much of the night. Couldn't sleep with that noise plus the noise from the room above. All in all a miserable night!

Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom was dusty, bathroom floor was dirty in the corners, noise/vibration in the wall behind toilet and shower. Carpets could have been cleaner.

Unpleasant and expensive compared to the other places we stayed on this trip which were much nicer.

Carpet in room was wet (a/c was leaking perhaps?), pool was broken, shower door was heavy/dangerous/wouldn’t stay open, breakfast was bad (limited options, didn’t taste good), common areas were worn, shabby.

We’ve stayed there many times.
Pros:

Room could be kept a good temperature. Bed was really soft. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast’s are great.

Cons:

The walls, doors and switches need to be washed… they were a little grimy. The price was a bit higher than I originally planned for.
