Convenient off the freeway location, beds were clean
Dirty bathroom, like the bath had months-old dirt accumulated on it. Came to the front desk to let them know and overheard another guest complaining that their trash hasn’t been taken out in a week.

The front desk clerk Ashlyn was great.
Our check in with Ashlyn yesterday at the La Quinta Inns and Suites was very professional and very friendly. However I can't say the same about Josh, who banged on our door and attempted to open the door at 11:45pm. I dismissed the rude awakening to a possible wrong room or someone disoriented and went back to sleep. At 12:20am , the banging on the door continued and I got up and opened the door and Josh immediately told me that I needed to go to the front desk to get a different room. I told him that we were already asleep and I was not moving. He also said that we were moved from another room that we were in, which was not true. Room 420 is the only room where we unloaded our bags and prepared for the evening. In all my travels, I have never been treated so poorly by a desk clerk. We both had a difficult time getting back to sleep because at 1:30am there was another bang at our door. I have a 12 hour drive today and hopefully will be able to get home safely.

AC was very noisy - every time it kicked on we were woken up
Caulk in the shower was molded - needs replaced and is a turn off
Very comfortable bed and nice shower along with a good free breakfast
Not many TV stations and little kids yelling in the hallway in the morning
Big clean rooms with a great view. Location was perfect for what we were in town for. High recommend
