Excellent hotel and bartender Simo
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel , location is amazing with some entrance confusion from main street. Very friendly staff with super bartender Simo. The young guy is amazing and very friendly.

Only minus is entrance to hotel from

I had an amazing 12-day stay—comfortable, & conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Downtown.
Pros:

One thing I really liked about the hotel was the exceptional service provided by Manveer at the front desk. She was genuinely helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. Her warm and professional attitude made me feel welcome and added to the overall positive experience. Thank you, Manveer, for your outstanding hospitality!

Cons:

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the hotel could consider installing an ATM on-site. Having convenient access to cash within the property would be a valuable addition for guests, especially for those who may need cash for transportation, tips, laundry, or other unexpected expenses. Overall, this small enhancement could make the guest experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Kein Plastikgeschirr. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Pub fußläufig zu erreichen.

A convenient and very comfortable location just off the QEW.
Pros:

It was a nice surprise to have a bar in the hotel available for a quiet drink. Very clean building with wonderful staff.

Cons:

Location is a little confusing to find in amongst the rows of commercial offices. View from rooms on the back of hotel not very appealing.

Enjoyed my stay and loved the cozy room
Pros:

I enjoyed the location, a bit quieter and quick access to the highway and the east gate mall. I enjoyed the shower and pool, also the bed was really comfy.

Cons:

The key to my room did not work and I was hoping for a little more compassion and support from the front desk.

Clean room.

Cons:

A rowdy neighbor singing, laughing and yelling on the phone from 3am to 5am. Not the hotel's fault, but still, the sound isolation could be better.

Absence de certains éléments d’hygiène de base, tels qu’une brosse de toilette, du dentifrice ou une brosse à dents.
Aucun nettoyage ou service de chambre effectué pendant le séjour.
