Ein charmantes kleines Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral, das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Parkieren ist etwas umständlich und mit 28 Euro recht teuer.

Beautiful, friendly place in great location
Pros:

Our room was surprisingly large and beautiful! The staff was nice, the included breakfast was great, and the 24-hr coffee and tea and filtered water dispenser in the lobby were very appreciated. This place is also perfectly located between the train station and the town center.

Cons:

They did not have A/C, which was tricky for a hot summertime visit, and there was a standing fan in the room that helped a little, but we were still pretty toasty unless we left all the windows open at night, which cooled us down but involved a lot of street noise and early morning sun.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und direkt am Fluss war hervorragend.
Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, tolle Auswahl und immer alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was im Hochsommer echt schwierig war.
Das Bad war winzig, es konnten sich keine zwei Personen darin aufhalten.

Perfekt für Kurztrip nach Straßburg
Pros:

Die Lage am Petite France ist toll!
Zimmer mit Balkon mit Ausblick über die Ill, total schön.
Das Frühstück ist lecker, besonderes Highligt der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.
Alles wird sehr sauber gehalten und sieht adrett aus.
Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich, hilfreich, englisch kein Problem.
Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und warm, aber wir hatten einen Ventilator und durch die offene Balkontür kam immer frische Luft.

Amazing staff and location, but let down by stressful parking and no AC

Wonderful staff!
The downtown location is very convenient, the room was spotless, and the free cold bottled water at reception was a great touch. The room has two beds and might feel a bit tight for two guests, but as a solo traveler, it worked well for me.

Above all, I want to make a special mention of the staff: everyone was so kind and accommodating. Their outstanding service truly made the stay and completely elevated the overall experience despite any small limitations.

Cons:

A few areas for improvement:

The garage access was quite stressful: To reach it, you have to drive through a pedestrian zone. Additionally, you must first stop at the reception to pick up the garage remote. This was very difficult because there is no designated temporary parking spot in front of the hotel, making the initial stop quite stressful.

No air conditioning: The rooms definitely need to be equipped with AC or a proper climate control system. While I appreciated that they provided a fan, it simply wasn't enough to handle the heat.

Le personnel très compétent et serviable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans un hôtel en plein centre. Obligation d’avoir la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit tellement la chambre était chaude. Résultat des mauvaises nuit passée car il y a beaucoup de passage, du bruit et des cris…très peu dormi.

Ein gutes Hotel mit sehr nette Personal in toller Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Wenn man duscht, verwandelt man das kleine Badezimmer in ein Schwimmbad.
