Disgusting hotel and management!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I’m a recent bride who just booked her wedding room block here and I can’t believe how dirty this place is and how rude the manager Kevin is. I had to call on THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING because my bridesmaid showed up at my house with bug bites all over her stomach. After inspecting her room we found bed bugs and other bug carcasses in the mattress and under the frame. They comped the night before but said they would still need to pay for the next night or go somewhere else to stay for the night. I gave this place a lot of business as this was a destination wedding and they had the nerve to tell me there was nothing else they could do for them. I’m so beyond embarrased that my guests had to deal with that. Terrible management, terrible company. I used to be completely loyal to Hilton and would only book with them but now I will never book again and will make sure everyone I know hears about this. Will be posting this on social media as well.

Für uns leider nicht zu empfehlen, Lage ansonsten aber super.

Es war ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Lage super.

Cons:

Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech mit dem Zimmer, aber leider war das Bad mit Haaren übersät, die Toilette hatte Reste vom Vorgänger. Ein etwas seltsamer schimmliger Geruch hing im Zimmer in der Luft.

We stayed at this property in May with family visiting from North Carolina, South Dakota, and Mississippi, and had a wonderful experience. The property itself was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the pool—having two bars, including a pool bar, was a great touch.
What really stood out was the exceptional service from the team. Warren and Becky at the front desk were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Charles and Lacey in housekeeping were fantastic and never hesitated to assist with any requests. Christina at the pool bar and Debra in the breakfast area also provided outstanding service.
We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Comfortable, clean, but a little noisy.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

To no fault of the property; but screaming children in the hallways starting at 7am, there was no sleeping in this morning.

Gerne immer wieder! Gemütlich!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Frühstückszeiten waren klasse, der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön, das Angebot klasse, überhaupt sind der Eingangsbereich, die Bar, der Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse mit all den Sitzgelegenheiten sehr einladend gestaltet. Die fröhlichen Farben der Einrichtung stimmen einen gleich positiv. Es kam direkt Urlaubsstimmung auf. Uns hat auch die Osterdekoration sehr gut gefallen. Ein Hotel mit Ambiente, ganz anders als die anderen Hotels dieser Kette. Ein großes Lob ans Management.
