All good
The location is perfect—right next to Plaza Nueva in the heart of the Old Town and only a 15–20 minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable king-size bed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bilbao.
The only minor downside was that, despite the warm summer weather, the rooftop terrace was not open during our stay.
J'avais réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits plusieurs semaines à l'avance, et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec une seule fenêtre donnant sur la cage de l'ascenseur et le hall. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtel était complet. Je ne comprends pas qu'à plus de 240€ la nuit on puisse donner une chambre quasiment aveugle et bruyante. Le prix de ces chambres là devrait être revu et adapté et le client informé à l'avance. Si j'avais su je n'aurai pas réservé cette chambre dans cet hôtel. On ne m'a fait de geste commercial non plus.
Excellent location, kind staff and luggage hold after check out. The location is really perfect for exploring the city by walking. It is very central.
The cleaning was not top notch! They cleaned the room daily but it was kinda like just tidyimg up the bed and changing towels upon request. The floor was dusty and never cleaned.
As the location is very central there is street noise but ok.
Ideal location in the old town and walking distance to everything. Discounted parking 5 minutes walk from hotel. Good breakfast.

Brilliant location for old town and 15 minute walk along river to Guggenheim. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal (welches Dich auch als Pilger sehr zuvorkommend behandelt), das Zimmer ist grosszügig, sauber, tolle Ausstattung, Altstadt gleich um die Ecke. Ist schon das zweite Mal im Hotel.
mein bestes Hotel in diesen Ferien - auch als Einzelperson wirst du wie eine Königin behandelt.
