Brilliant vibe, gorgeous interior design, modern, streamlined but with character. Very comfortable beds. Our room was fairly spacious. Mini fridge was a bonus. Beautiful lounge areas. Perfect location for the fiestas and Old Town. Very helpful friendly staff. Huge breakfast choices. Decaf coffee option on the machine at breakfast was welcome. The hotel warned us well in advance of the noise of the fiestas but we chose the hotel because we wanted to take part in the fiestas so it wasn’t an issue for us. Rooftop bar was a cool place to relax!
Not too keen on the glass door to the bathroom as felt a bit exposed privacy wise. Don’t book this hotel during fiesta week if you want a quiet night! We didn’t mind but the noise goes on in the street outside until 6 am. Outside of fiesta week it would be much quieter.
Location in old town. Quite spacious room and comfortable double bed. Friendly attentive staff. When I asked i was given a new kettle and iron and board, although they were both supplied with room. I was given a rear courtyard facing room which was quiet and I managed to get decent nights sleep and didn't hear noise from annual Bilbao festival going on outside. Actually the hotel is a excellent location to attend the festival. The air-conditioning worked well too.
The lack of a towel radiator in bathroom is a problem. No way to dry the towels. This meant my towels had to be changed every day which I feel is a waste.
Celkově úžasná destinace, prostě nádhera. Hned bychom se vrátili. Líbilo se nám všechno, město, ubytování, milí lidé, skvělé jídlo, prostě super.

Great location
Mediocre value: Stayed previously in other NYX hotel and was expecting a decent size room, while this one offered me one where I couldn’t even fit my open suitcase on the floor, while the desk I had to work on barely fit a small laptop. Sink was clogged and water needed time to flow through it, while the whole space was so cramped, with a chair literally not fitting the space, because you could barely walk around it. Expected better for the price. Try Letoh Letoh nearby instead - it’s amazing.

Die Fugen im Bad können mal wieder erneuert werden. Wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, ist das Bad nur durch foliertes Glas zum Zimmer hin sichtgeschützt; leider ist die Folie an manchen Stellen abgekratzt.
Moderno, confortável,, bom pequeno almoço
A minha estadia coincidiu com a semana de festa de Bilbau, Asta Nagusia. Deram-nos um quarto no primeiro andar virado para a praça onde decorriam concertos em vários palcos, com música aos gritos, durante toda a noite. Apesar do aviso dado pelo hotel e dos tampões para os ouvidos que fornecem, foi muito difícil descansar. Na minha opinião o hotel não deveria usar quartos como este durante a festa.

- La ubicación es genial. Muy central a todos los sitios de interés y a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de tren.
- El buffet del desayuno es muy variado y tienen una pequeña sección de repostería sin gluten.
- El rooftop es pequeño pero super bien ubicado.
- La habitación asignada era amplia y con buen espacio para 3 personas.
- El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron cuando hacíamos consultas.
- La habitación en la que me hospede tenia separado el baño por una cabina de vidrio, por lo que se ve a la persona desnuda tomando la ducha. No hay problema para las familias o parejas, pero no es lo ideal para grupos de amigos.
- En el baño no habia toallero cerca de la ducha, tocaba colgar la toalla en la manija de la puerta.
Por problemas con una cama, nos cambiaron de habitación

Ontbijt niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en duur, parkeren wel met korting maar alsnog duur en je moet een stuk lopen met je koffers.
