Nous allons revenir tellement tout à été parfait.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien située dans le Vieux-Québec.
Chambre très propre et hyper confortable.
Personnel très courtois et gentil.

Cons:

La vue de notre chambre n’était pas très top pour une prochaine visite nous essaierons d’avoir une vue meilleure mais pour le prix c’était correct.

Enjoyable stay in a great base for visiting Quebec city.
Pros:

We had a lovely 3 day stay at this hotel. I originally booked a standard room but was kindly upgraded. The room was great, very comfortable, though the view was of flat roofs that were perhaps service areas. Not great.
We did not have much interaction with staff but any we did speak to were absolutely great, only too willing to speak in English for us.
Be aware there are about 24 steps up to reception, if you are not so mobile, but I believe there is a lift somewhere.
Breakfast was very good, reasonable variety, though we only ate there once. It's maybe a bit pricey.
And now to something delicate. Lol.
Perhaps they could supply toilet paper that was a bit more"robust"( I think you know what I mean), and a toilet brush!
A small gripe- this was a lovely hotel in a great area and I would definitely stay again.

Le personnel. L'emplacement. Le confort général. Le calme.

Cons:

La salle de bains un peu petite : pas de porte essuies, un seul crochet, douche peu pratique. Pas de porte manteaux (mais ça c'est dans 9 hôtels sur 10 pour des raisons mystérieuses). Le petit déjeuner n'offrait que des produits industriels sans beaucoup de gout (mais une petite épicerie intégrée à l'hôtel propose des très bons produits)
