Ok room, good prices, unfriendly staff - only recommend if you want to save a few USD

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly, shower didn't work (it was cold) and the floor was sticky. When I asked if I could change rooms the staff told me no because the housekeeping had left already, so I had to shower with cold water. Then the sticky floor had no solution and the staff told me I had to turn on the AC to 60 for it not to be sticky.

It was alright. The front desk is not very helpful. Bedsheets were stained.
Pros:

The pool and the area around the pool.

Cons:

Couldn’t provide bed sheets after room service left and could barely provide us any towels. The service is bad and they don’t have breakfast.

It was just a quick night stay but we would very much repeat our stay next year.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The staff are very rude. We stayed for a week housekeeping never came to get us new towels or linen for the beds and then when we asked front desk for cleans ones they told us we couldn’t get them. And then when I tried to renew my room the next day they told us they weren’t going to renew it and they didn’t want our money because we reported one of the staff members and the manager Sam Patel said that he basically didn’t care about how his employee was talking to us and in the way they responded and then called the cops on us when we tried to renew
