Room was quiet
Mountain view
Overbilled before checking in. Counter help made it worse.
Had to file dispute with my credit card.
Homeless shelter across the street.
We had three separate rooms and they all smelled really bad!!!! One female staff member at the front desk took 45 minutes to check in our friend …this staff member was clearly medicated (or just high!). If they would overhaul these tired old rooms , this hotel could be nice.
Loved the location. But the hotel is so poorly managed. Staff did their absolute best to accommodate.
The AC in our first room didn't work, the AC in our second room didn't work, they moved us to a non-mountain view, and the hair dryer didn't work. The whole facility needs to be remodeled. You could tell that the employees were tired of dealing with the broken equipment, and they were at their wits end. I was very disappointed that I paid nearly $500 for a cheap ass hotel. I've never been so disappointed with comfort suites in my life. Absolutely ridiculous to be charging a parking fee at a hotel with a hotel parking lot. I will not ever stay at this location again. I sincerely hope that comfort sees this comment and are able to look into the mismanaged property. There is no reason to have all of the floors facing the mountain with non-working AC units, and to have the facilities be so run down and poorly taken care of. There were stains on the towels, stains on the sheets, the hair dryer didn't work, we had to get a new hair dryer, employee gave us a box which had a hotel hair dryer in it, but didn't mount to the wall. It was slightly awkward to work with.

What I liked most was how quiet it was. I tend to go to bed a bit early, and awake very early and I never heard anyone. I also used the fitness center a few times and found that clean and quiet, as well.
I didn't like that I had to reenter the password for the wifi multiple times a day. In the past, I remember it lasting for a few days.
Hotel was sufficient. Staff, Leticia in particular, had a smart mouth. Very rude. Talked with Marcus who straightened out our situation with her. Also, hotel tried to charge additional $30 for parking.
STAFF and No Parking Fee…. The one and only hotel who tried to charge us for parking while taking a long trip out west.
It was very clean, including the pool. The staff were friendly.
Didn’t have coffee one morning. They had to go to the store to buy some.
No bananas or yogurt at breakfast.
They charge $10 a day to park!
Very friendly staff
Homeless shelter next door creates some unsafe vibes.
Boulder, especially the area around the motel was impressive, I mean clean, the parks in the area invite one to walk and enjoy the beauty
it was value for money
Beautiful location and the room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast could have used a couple of more fruit options ans meat options. It was cheaper for 2 queens than a king so there was a whole bed we didn't need.
We are Choice Members and stay at Comfort Inns when we travel. This Comfort Inn was a disappointment except for the breakfast. The breakfast had many hot selections as well as the normal fruit, cereal, waffle, etc. The dining room was very clean. However, the rest of the hotel was old and very much in need for refurbishing with paint, carpet, and doors. The bed was comfortable, but old. The entrance is not inviting. It looks like a Motel 6 with some kind of lights in the planters instead of plants. They charged $10.00 for parking which was ridiculous. There was only 1 luggage carrier in the building. We waited a half an hour and were never able to obtain a cart. You better bring your own. They had been cleaning carpet that day. They offered us a room with wet carpet that smelled like wet dog. They said they only had one more room. Carpet was damp, but the smell was tolerable. They should have offered a discount for these rooms or taken them out of service. There were no fans to help the ventilation. I would not recommend this hotel except for breakfast.
