An ok place for a quick nights stay.
Pros:

Good location and value for staying in Boulder after a concert.

Cons:

Smelled musty in the room, like a strong damp smell. Made me worry about cleanliness and allergies. Staff not available when several people were waiting to check out.

Not too bad, inexpensive by Boulder standards
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good, hot sausage and eggs, biscuits, waffles. But no gravy for the biscuits??? If was fairly quiet.

Cons:

The room had a stinky odor to it like old socks. You adjust to it after a minute.

I was nervous the whole time. I had my young daughter with me and didn’t feel safe.
Pros:

It was close to the ballpark

Cons:

The sheets weren’t changed and I didn’t feel completely safe. Homeless outside and the bathroom doors weren’t able to be locked it wasn’t clean the carpet was laid in strips and was peeling up.

Incompatible price vs. quality - more expensive than EU, but you have to eat and drink out of plastic

I liked the location.

Cons:

What I didn’t like at all, and this is probably more important for Europeans, so if traveling from EU - this place is made of plastic. All the cups, all plated during the breakfast, all cutlery is made of plastic. America is so advanced, however the usage is so unsustainable it’s unbelievable. And the price is even higher than in the EU! So you pay more to eat and drink out of plastic and get more of those microplastics in your body! The hotel is also very old school. Which is not that bad, but the plastic kills all the joy out of the stay.

Comfortable but disappointing facilities.
Pros:

Good location on Broadway, close to Pearl Street.

Cons:

We chose this location for its amenities, however, the first day that we arrived the pool was closed, and the hot tub was unavailable. On the second day, the pool was open, but not cleaned or filtered. There was debris throughout the pool and the filter was stuffed. The third and fourth day, the pool remained the same, unswimmable. We brought this to the attention of management and requested that the pool be skinned, but no one did. We looked forward to swimming, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking. It was very disappointing to not have those major amenities available.
The staff were all very nice and friendly.

potential scam, do not book
Pros:

Nothing, my stay was a disaster.

Cons:

Do not book this hotel using booking.com. My reservation never reached the hotel (at least that is what the clerk claims) and I was forced to pay for a new reservation on the spot. I talked to booking.com support on the phone for a long long time, there is nothing they can do about. This feels like a scam. 3 weeks after my stay at this place, booking.com still hasn't refunded me.

Nice location on north side of Boulder, Property was very nice, felt like higher end accommodations. Incredible value for the money. Would definitely return.
