I am a Platinum Elite Bon Voy member and stay a lot of places and have never had such a rude reception.
Pros:

Looked nice from the outside.

Cons:

The noise level the staff allowed to go on bothering people trying to sleep. The staff was not friendly at all.

It’s worth it for the most part.
Pros:

Love the property. Centrally located to all my family members who still live there in Albuquerque. Neighborhood fairly quiet, being next to a highway. Always having some special events happening and it’s what I like.

Cons:

The room they gave me, the air conditioner was not working correctly. I’ve learned throughout my years of traveling, if it’s a 3.5 or 4 star hotel, they never ask for another room cause something doesn’t work. Usually they will say, all of our room are occupied or give you another room that’s even worse. So I usually grin and bear it for a night, unless it’s totally unbearable.I will get really upset, at that point and blow up the desk people for another room. Staying at these places isn’t what I’m vacationing for. I’m there to see family mostly, the food and hang out with friends I haven’t seen since I moved away.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Cons:

Room floor was dirty couch was wet bathroom was floor was dirty toothpaste on floor from previous renter, curtains wouldn't close all the way. We checked out early even though we paid for a late check out, told person at desk when we were leaving and was told we are going to do a upgrade on the room.

Would stay again.
Cons:

Finding it was always a little confusing. Perhaps a better sign off of Jefferson Street would have been better. Also, the map from I-25 to Paseo del Norte led me away from the Marriott (almost to Arizona before I was able to turn around and come back!!!)
