This hotel did the job, but would not be a place I will rush back to. Check in took over 20 minutes; there was a funky drain smell in the room; and for the price, I would be expecting more than an empty minibar fridge and instant coffee. But location was great, bed was clean, sleep quality was good.

Many positives from our stay here but I think 2 night was enough. Overall I'd recommend it for a short stay but I probably would try a different hotel in Singapore for a longer stay.
Location - Very good. Directly opposite an entrance to Orchard Boulevard MRT station giving easy access to the rest of the city. If you're in town for Sightseeing it's also a short walk from two of the Sightseeing Bus stations.
First impressions I was a little taken aback as I wasn't expecting it to be directly connected to a shopping mall. The lobby area was chaos and very busy as a result, but we were served quickly each time we needed front desk and they were generally friendly.
Room - The room was nice, but very small even by big city standards. There wasn't really enough room for our cases (2 large and 2 small), and the bathroom was tiny. Other than the size, it was nicely decorated, comfortable (size aside) and clean.
Facilities were great, the hotel had quite a large outdoor pool and a well equipped gym. Service at the pool was efficient but the quality of the food and drinks weren't worth the price.
We had a late flight and there was changing room facilities for us to freshen up before our taxi back to the airport, although the soap dispensers were completely empty in both showers.
Lastly - whilst the hotel was spotlessly clean, I have no idea which cleaning product housekeeping were using but it smelt like vomit, which left a very unpleasant smell all throughout the hallway on our floor each day.
Overall - a good value stay in a decent hotel, but with room to improve in areas and as mentioned I wouldn't stay here any longer than 2 nights.
