Stylish and comfy bed.
No complaints
I booked the Citadines Barbican for 3 nights as I was going to a concert at the Barbican Hall and it was only a few minutes walk away. Felt very comfortable there and the staff were all very friendly.
Nothing
Decent location close to central.
Dated, small rooms, very basic quality rooms, poor shower pressure, extremely overpriced.
Bien situé
Pas de changement de draps et serviettes !!!
Friendly staff and the location was so central. Barbican station only 2 mins walk away and lovely coffee at the catch up cafe which is only a few doors down the street.
Everything was great
Clean, well presented room with clean bathroom. Large shower and a comfy bed. Staff were nice and helpful.
Room was on the smaller size even with the kitchenette. No much extra space for suitcases.

Sini was awesome and made my business stay relaxing and really enjoyable! She helped me and made it so easy and comfortable! An amazing customer service!
The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced in my life
The Room: Excellent
I cannot praise the room enough! It was absolutely brilliant—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful night's sleep and were genuinely impressed by the quality of the accommodation.
The location was perfectly fine. It wasn’t central to everything, but it wasn't too far out either.
The Breakfast: Absolutely Dreadful
This is where the experience completely fell apart. For £16 per person, the breakfast selection was practically non-existent. The communal buffet tables for all guests consisted only of: some oranges, coffee, scrambled eggs, a tiny selection of pastries, baked beans, two slices of ham, and three boiled eggs. That was literally it.
When things ran out, we had to ask for more. Upon my request, they brought out a bit more ham, and when my partner asked for bread, they literally brought it out straight from the freezer. Paying £16 for a buffet that offers less than a basic corner shop is unacceptable.
Room was clean, modern and had great design features
The breakfast was not worth the money
