Highly recommend staying here. Excellent location and so safe and secure. Access by keycard. Everywhere is so clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. Facilities in our studio were perfect- everything you need for a long stay ( gutted we only needed one night!)
Beds were comfy, room larger than expected and bathroom was well equipped with step in large shower. Free toiletries smell devine

L’appart-hôtel est bien conçu pour deux personnes mais n’avoir qu’un seul tabouret haut est décevant car pour manger à 2 sur le comptoir est impossible. Il faut impérativement 2 assises identiques pour partager les repas au comptoir de la cuisine. Ce manque enlève de ma satisfaction globale à l’établissement.
When we arrived at reception, we were given the opportunity to upgrade room which we did. The room we changed to had a small kitchen and breakfast bar area where we had breakfast each morning. The room was fairly spacious, clean and tidy. Thankfully it had good air conditioning, as the temperature was around 30 while we visited. Hotel was well located and only 2 underground stops from Kings Cross, underground station was also close to hotel.

Staff were abrupt and rude and the fridge in room had the worst smell opened it to put water in shut it immediately and room had sour smell for at least 4 hours even with window open so couldn't use it

Very quiet with windows closed. Clean room, spacious for London. Plenty of space in the shower. Bed comfortable. Table provided, and comfy chairs. A fridge. A safe. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. There is a secure room for luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Check in was quite long-winded as the tech wasn't working properly. The wardrobe had to accommodate a set of drawers, an ironing board, iron and hairdryer, so no space for hanging a dress (I was going to a formal event). I had to hang it off the wardrobe door.
Location was ideal for daughters graduation ceremony at the Barbican
