Disappointing.
Pros:

Room was clean and bathroom was nice.

Cons:

My girlfriend was told she could only use the pool for 45 minutes at 6am and 45 minutes at 11pm as men use it all during the day. When she questioned why this is she was told it was because “men work hard”. So does that mean women don’t?

Großartiger Service und tolle Ausstattung – absolut empfehlenswert!
​Das Azumaya Hotel in Hai Phong hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet – von Wasser über Shampoo und Duschgel bis hin zum Conditioner ist an alles gedacht. Besonders praktisch: Im 9. Stock gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Auch das integrierte japanische Restaurant ist ein echtes Plus.
​Unser Zimmer hatte Flussblick, was wunderschön war, allerdings war es durch die Straße auch etwas laut. Bei der nächsten Buchung würden wir ein Zimmer nach hinten zur Stadtseite wählen.
​Ein riesiges Lob geht an das Personal: Trotz kleinerer Sprachbarrieren im Englischen war die Rezeption unglaublich hilfsbereit. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns sogar privat aus der Klemme geholfen, indem wir über WISE Geld über sie beziehen konnten. Das ist absolut außergewöhnlicher Service. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
