Great rooms clean and just a pleasure to stay there
Friendly and welcoming right from the get go. Room was quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were helpful and professional and the breakfasts were great. The lounge which we had access to after a room upgrade was a great spot to hang out and the included snacks were a real bonus.
Parking feels very exposed but had no issues.
The bathroom fan needs to be stronger

The washroom exhaust was not working well. The shower was either too hot or too cold.

Selection of channels to watch on tv needs to be improved on. We were very dissatisfied with the options to choose from.
The day when I booked I wrote to them that it was my daughter's birthday and I wanted to make it a special day since she lost her dad and my partner in one year and they left us some snacks in the room and a beautiful presented slice of cake in the fridge for her. I thought that was awesome of them to do for her. Thank you to the great staff at the hotel.
