We really enjoyred our stay
Pros:

Beds and room size were awesome, breakfast was good and the beach was awesome. Toni was good good to text and check in to see if we needed anything.

Cons:

The hotel needs some cosmetic updates not bad just a little update, paint. The pool sides and bottom are rough, my daughter skinned her toe on the bottom of the pool getting in.

Lo que más me gusta de este hotel es la ubicación, tiene todas las atracciones, restaurantes,la playa sólo a unos pasos, también el desayuno del hotel es bastante diverso,mí esposo y niños lo disfrutan mucho,ya llevamos 3 años quedándonos en éste hotel y lo seguiremos haciendo, lo recomiendo 💯

Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Only problem was the digital key didn’t work. Staff tried multiple times but no luck.

Pros:

We had problems with the air conditioning from day one. On the second day, while I was at the beach with my family, I went to take my dog ​​back to the room and found workers inside—even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up. When I entered, one of the workers told me they had moved me to a different room; I asked when that happened, since no one had informed me, and then I went to the front desk. They gave me a thousand excuses but didn't actually solve anything. They moved me to another room, but the air conditioning didn't work there either; the worker then said he would see if I could be moved again. I asked if I was expected to spend my entire stay just switching rooms. It was an unpleasant experience; I would never stay there again, nor would I ever recommend it, as my family and I were unable to enjoy our stay. It wouldn't let me upload the AC air conditioner video
