A pipe had burst so woke up to it raining in my room and my stuff was soaked. They switched my room but felt stiffed of my stuff being soaked/ ruined and not even a price break on the room.
None of the entries could be opened with hotel key so u always had go to the front..

The mildew smell in the hallways, there were roaches in our room, I see 2 in the first hour we were there. The tub was dirty, the toilet had cigarette burns on it. The towels were stained brown and STILL rolled up as if they were clean. It was an overall terrible experience.

I want Booking.Com to give me my money back NOW!!!!!!!!!!! Very false advertising to get your money and not know anything about this property! I will never get a hotel through booking.com ever again!!! Also Sperm stains and burn holes on bed sheets!!!!!!!FILTHY!!!!!!

PULLING UP SOMEONE IN PARKING LOT OFFERED MY 17YR OLD METH.

HANDICAP PARKING THE SIDE DOOR KEY PAD IS DEACTIVATED SO IF YOU ARE HANDICAP LIKE ME YOU CANT ACCESS THE BUILDING WHERE HANDICAP PARKING IS LOCATED.

KEY CARDS DEACTIVATED 5X AND I GOT THREATENED BY FRONT DESK FOR HARASSMENT FOR HAVING TO GO TO THE DESK EVERY TIME.HE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME FOR HARASSMENT.

COULD NOT ACCESS THE POOL DUE TO KEY CARDS NOT WORKING.

HALLWAY HAS TWEAKERS WALKING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT CAUSE THEY LIVE IN THE MOTEL.

The shuttle was not made available. The breakfast was horrible. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was rust on the doors in the restroom. The employees do not accommodate disabled persons. I asked to take my breakfast to my room because there was a lady coughing heavily and excessively in the dining area, and I explained that I have an autoimmune disease, and he stated that I would be charged $10.00 to take the food upstairs and those were the rules and they could not be changed for anyone. I began complaining about the condition of the hotel and ADA violations, and the employee told me he would "evict " me and " have a courtesy ride made available to the downtown police station" if I did not "shut-up". This statement was made after the courtesy shuttle was not made available and it was one of my complaints. Other complaints included having mold on the shower curtain, a leaky toilet, leaky shower head, rust on the door of the restroom, and a nonworking television.

I did not receive a refund from Ramada Inn on Meridian in Oklahoma City, despite threatening and abusive behavior from an employee and mold present on the shower curtain and no courtesy shuttle service and filthy rooms. The hotel was obviously a local brothel. When I attempted to carry my food to my room because the lady sitting next to me was coughing heavily and excessively, I was told there would be a ten-dollar charge for taking the food to my room, despite the fact that I have an autoimmune disorder and easily get sick from pathogens in the air. He violated ADA when he refused to allow me to eat in my room as a reasonable accommodation. He also refused to give me an ADA room initially and forced me to pay $4.00 to be able to have one bottle of water. When I began complaining about the condition of the hotel and the rooms, he told me he would "evict me" and "have a courtesy ride available for me to take a ride to the downtown police station if I did not shut up". At this time, I left the filthy and moldy hotel room and checked out. I do not know why Ramada is acting as if I stayed in the hotel the entire time. I arrived at 12:20 am and left at 6:30 am on the 4th of June, due to the condition of the room and the aggression and threats from the employee at the receptionist desk. There were several other guests who were dissatisfied with the behavior of the employee as well. The receptionist that came in after he left acknowledged that he gets a lot of complaints about the employee that worked throughout the night on June 3- 4 of 2026. Booking.com did not provide a refund as well.

The night time worker at the desk was complete weirdo made me very uncomfortable the breakfast is horrible
