Luxurious room, spacious and modern. Good location
Pros:

Room was absolutely lovely, spacious, clean and modern. Huge amount of space to stretch out, stocked mini fridge if you were so inclined.

Cons:

I do think the staff could have been a bit more welcoming. I did not get much from them at all on arrival, no run down of the hotel, no explanation of the adjoining bar.

Cons:

Based on the ratings and reviews, I thought it would be much nicer. The carpet and furnishings are basically Marriott Courtyard level. Bathroom was small, no tub, Home Depot finishes. The building is tired, staff was nice, but definitely a 3 star, not 4 and certainly nowhere near. 5.

A clean hotel with all the amenities within walking distance of all the main attractions.
Pros:

The location was perfect the waterfront pipe place the monorail were all within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. Nice restaurants nearby.

Pros:

Beautiful lobby, great spaces in the room to relax, get dressed, shower was wonderful, and lighting is desirable. Would prefer a regular Keurig over the Nespresso and a fridge and microwave. The fridge could be emptied of the bar and used for milk or other small things but it could’ve been better. Construction crews jackhammered through the night against ordinances and so the hotel manager moved my son and I to a suite on the other side with no additional cost so we could sleep in peace. Overall very nice place to stay.

חדד נפלא, נקי ויפה מאד. מעבר למיטות, הייתה גם ספה נעימה לצפייה בטלוויזיה ובאופן כללי תחושה מרווחת מאד למשפחה בת 4 נפשות.
המלון במיקום נעים ומסביבו בתי קפה ומסעדות טובות.

Great hotel with location close to Pike's market and Space needle. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean and decorated in a mid-century modern fashion.
The room was large and open. The hotel itself was smaller with few amenities.

Cons:

More amenities overall, let us know about the upstairs bar area and when that is open!

This is super nitpicky but bothered me:
The hotel had large bottles of shampoo, lotion, body washes, etc, in the rooms. It was obvious to me not to take them, but they put a card in the bathroom with a warning on them on what would happen if you were to take them.

If that is a problem with other customers, maybe just offer travel size items? Seems tacky to have the "Don't steal these or else..." warning signs in the bathroom that this customer has to look at everyday.

All of the staff was great. Super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

During the time when housekeeping was in the rooms, it was very noisy. From late morning into early afternoon there was constant door slamming. No effort was made to close the doors quietly; they were just allowed to slam shut. Additionally, I was in room 716 which is right next door to some sort of storage/supply room. Lots of banging and slamming during use.
