Beautiful, comfortable space!
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and living space - the windows to the room actually opened so you could get fresh air

Cons:

Cleaning service was inconsistent -make sure to ask specifically about this when you check-in

Pros:

Nice location, staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is nice.

Cons:

Minibar is overpriced, and no bottled water is provided aside from the $10 water in the minibar.

WiFi is present but not amazing - the login portal didn’t work that well and I could not get it to work on some devices.

I thought front desk was a little rude. Thought maybe they were busy and having a bad day but it was like that everyday

"I had a great stay overall! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My only critique is that the windows aren't quite thick enough to block out street noise at night, making it a bit hard to sleep. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

Decent stay did not hate it by any means but did not knock my socks off.
Pros:

The style and decor of the room was amazing. We enjoyed the location as well.

Cons:

Not proper tea service, just an electric kettle you have to fill up. No vegan or vegetarian options at restaurant downstairs for room service. Nothing was spectacular like a hotel like this normally is. Valet was almost never standing outside to take car, would have to come in and ask for them to get it. Severe issues with Wi-Fi streaming, the free one and them extra daily charge. Would lose connection to stream a movie at night every 15 to 20 minutes. Very annoying.
