We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon! The room was absolutely perfect, and everything exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the lovely little honeymoon gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet surprise that made our stay even more special and memorable.
The location was also perfect, as the hotel is conveniently situated inside the airport, making our journey back home so easy and stress-free. It was the ideal place to relax and enjoy our final moments of our honeymoon before travelling.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Thank you for making our honeymoon experience even more special with your thoughtful gesture and wonderful service. We would definitely love to stay here again.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful room to the convenient location and the thoughtful honeymoon gift. We had a wonderful experience, and everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon.

This is our second to stay here as the location is super convenience to get to Osaka or Shin Osaka. The room is spacious with a open view. it is comfortable as well. The staffs are polite & helpful. We will book it again for sure.
For a short staying, there is nothing to dislike.
The location is perfect. The lobby of the hotel "connects" to the walkway through the airport train station and then directly to the Terminal 1 building. It's really only a 3 minute walk, if you're taking your sweet time. Otherwise you're way faster.
The check-in experience was kind of weird. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by one team member that asked me if I'm there to check-in. I was being a bit hesitant as it didn't seem like the person actually belonged to the hotel.
She then directed me towards a spot at the counter where I could check-in, but there was no one there? Another team member then asked for my passport and proceeded to type my details into the check-in tablet. I'm then asked to type in my email address after which she continues to click through the check-in process on the tablet. I don't know how many newsletter sign-ups, that I don't need, happened there, but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough.
After she was done with her work, I was just told to leave the lobby towards my room. There was no opportunity to ask questions. Since I was traveling all day, I wanted to find out, whether there was a restaurant open, that I could go to. But I had to do my own research after getting to my room.
Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Maybe some minor inconveniences during breakfast, but that's just what happens sometimes. So, great stay with some weird interactions with the front desk staff members. Or lack thereof.
